"Wally!" She screamed.

Robin held her back. "He's strong. You have to be patient."

He seemed to be holding up way better then her, unfazed, but his breathing said otherwise. She saw the look in his eye, even he wasn't sure if Wally could make it through.

The machine held him in. Wally was unconscious, a pale look on his face. "Robin, it's—I-I can't watch this happen to hi—"

"But my dear. We're having so much fun." He stepped out.

Reverse Flash.

She jerked forward, but Robin held her back. "Let him go." Robin said, calmly.

"Ah. The bat-boy. I've heard about you." He chuckled.

"He said, let. Him. Go." Artemis growled.

"And the archer. An apprentice, I believe? Your from that...arrow, team." He said.

"And also romantically involved with my dear Wally here." He said.

"You let him go, or so help me no amount of speed will help you run away from the amount of arrows I'll send your way." She said, venom dripping in her voice.

He sped forward, grabbing her by the neck. "No amount of arrow speed can beat me, little girl." He said, his look serious. "Do not threaten me. Or I will make sure your put in your place." He slurred.

He began to lift her off the ground, causing her hands to fly to her neck. "Your friends speed, is not coming as willingly as I thought. I admire his determination. But for some reason that said determination, is causing him to not give me his speed."

"But I'm sure a little motivation will make him more...willing...to give me his speed."

"Put her down!" Robin said.

"As you wish." He dropped her, and she lay on the floor, gasping for breath. Robin ran over to her.

"Artemis, Artemis Hey, breath in, breath out, ok? Follow the pattern." He said.

She nodded and caught her breath. "A-Artemis? Rob-Robin?"

"Kid!" She shouted.

She got up, despite being out of breath and ran over to him, only to be snatched by Reverse Flash. "A-Artemis!" His voice was hoarse, drained. His speed was leaving him, despite his protests.

"Wally! I'm fine, save your voice, save your strength."

"Boy. I need your speed, now. The flash is proving too...time exerting...to catch. So I can use you as a trap, while stealing your speed." He chuckled. "Only, I didn't know you'd have friends. And, your very persistent. I admire that. Only, that same persistence is getting in the way of me gaining your speed. So maybe a little motivational performance will get you going."

"D-don't touch her." Wally murmured.

Reverse Flash grabbed a knife, and slowly dragged it along her arm. She hissed, and scrunched her nose shut. "Touch." He taunted.

"D-Don't! Let her go! It's me you want!" He yelled.

"Actually no. It's speed I want, speed, the Flash's. Your nothing compared to the amount of energy he has. I'm just using you as bait. But he seems to be running, ironically, slow. So your speed will just have to do."

"Let...then...go. I'll give you..my...speed..." Wally slurred.

"Wally no." Robin said, standing up.
