Couple goals:
-Help the other get out of trouble
-be there when they get in trouble
-stop them from getting in trouble
Yeah, I know, these all are related to trouble. But I'm here to emphasize that Artemis and Wally have a problem. They've considered it, realizing that they have an issue.
That issue. Ladies and gentlemen, is that they can't obey a single one of these rules.
Yeah, yeah, stupid. But seriously, 'help get each other out of trouble' not possible! Because most of the time, you can't get the other out of trouble if your in it with them, which 90% of the time is the issue.
'Be there when they get in trouble', easy one, because they already are there, because their in trouble with them.
'Stop them from getting in trouble.' They've tried, seriously, they have, but most of the time, their getting in trouble the self.
And it doesn't help that they are currently having a prank war, which, might I add, is illegal by Batman.
They both had had endless weeks of pranks, when finally Robin, Yes, Robin, the prank king himself, had enough and told them to find a way to end it.
And what better way to end it then with a red -paint- colored balloons?
Wally was in the war zone. He carefully hid behind the couch to shield himself from Artemis. He had blue war-paint (blueberry smoothie) smeared in two streaks under his eyes on. And he had his speedster goggles on to sheiks eyes from the harmful shots.
Artemis hid behind the counter. At first, Wally thought he had the advantage over his girlfriend, speed and all. But then he realized, she was the archer. And what do archers have, aim.
She had purple war paint (grape jelly) in similar streaks to Wally's on her face. And she got creative by wrapping a torn piece off her shirt as a ninja headband wrapped around her head.
Wally was too collected by his thoughts to see the perfectly tossed balloon, so that it would go up and over the couch, right onto his head.
He scrunched his nose in disquiet at the ketchup leaking from the his head. He could hear giggles from across the room.
Ladies and gentlemen, this means war.
With a deranged battle cry, he put his plan into action, running out from below the couch in a duck and role towards the counter. Artemis fires strategically aimed shots at him, which he nimbly avoided.
He made his way to her base, and Artemis fires the big guns, just straight up hitting him with all her might. He avoided a few attacks, but made his way up to her.
"Wally, what are you—" she started before he wrapped his arms around her waist.
She was shut up when he kissed her. She kissed back and stood there. But pulled away when she felt something on her stomach.
A red, slimy, ketchup balloon.
She then grabbed the ketchup bottle off the counter and stated squirting him with it in the face, catching him off guard in the darkness.
He went backward and grabbed his own bottle, and fired back. Soon, they were in a heated battle of ketchup squirting, and they were soaked in the slimy mixture.
"Enough!" They heard from a deep voice.
The Batman himself.
"Clean this up immediately!" He left the room on a short note.
They looked at each other with confused looks, before Wally started squirting again. Artemis following suit.
Like I said. These two just can't get out of trouble.
