Prompt #15: Son gets credit card and tells no one

Jerome's PoV:

I was just checking through our bank account, logging all the purchases and whatnot, when I started noticing some strange entries. Hot Topic, Spencer's...Ryan and I don't shop in those places.

"Ryan!" I called, and he came into the room a moment later.

"What is it?" He asked, wiping his hands on a rag. Must've been doing dishes. Aww. I pointed to the screen, and he came over, and read it. He frowned, and I'm pretty sure he came to the same conclusion as me.

"Wait, what are the dates for those transactions? I have an idea." Ryan asked, and I looked at the screen.

"Last Thursday and...the Friday before that. Why?"

"Knew it. Those are the days I drove Lucas to the mall to hang with his friends. He must've gotten one of those spam cards in the mail that was addressed to us. Sneaky lil 15 year old" He explained, muttering towards the end.

I looked at him in shock, before heading towards Lucas' room. It was summer vacation, and he was still passed out. I grabbed his wallet, and looked through it. A few singles, some store cards, and in the very back...credit card.

I showed it to Ryan. Oh ho ho, Lucas is gonna get it now.
