Chapter -38- Toti

Leaping off the step, I run to my mother and hug her hard. My eyes sting with building moisture which begins coming down "I miss you soo much Toti". My mother hugging me pulls back to gaze up at me. Then caresses the side of my face smiling. She starts wiping my tears gently, her own eyes sparkle with moisture as she speaks "hi mijo. I miss you also but your such a mush." A warning growl heard behind us causes my mother's eyes in a flash, to glow. She no longer hides what she is.

In a nanosecond, she releases me and spun around locking eyes to its source emitting her own savage growl. She was half crouched, Her hands had turned beastial with what was once fingers becoming claws. In my head, I hear a beastial bellow "WHO DARES THREATEN MY CUB!!"  Estrella. At her growl, members within the cabin hurriedly come out onto the porch to investigate the growl. Instantly the sound of pounding footfalls nears the door. But seeing the fury that is my mother,  everyone including the growling Wulf kneels and bows their heads when they who she is.

Carmen, Randall & Bella come running outside. "ALPHA!! MAMA GURL!!" Carmen jumps down the step and runs to mom hugging her. "what are you doing here Alpha? I am happy to see you but who is watching the pack? IT SO GOOD TO SEE YOU!" a joyous Carmen says.

Mommy hugs Carmen who briefly rushes into her open arms. Then she releases her chuckling. "Wha?? A mother can't come to see her boys, Beta and mystic dog?? Hahaha, It is good to see you also Beta." Then without missing a beat, mom addresses Randall "RANDALL MY BABY!! Hiii SCHNOOKIE, I am happy to see BOTH MY BOYS. Are you behaving?" her eyes glint with a mischief look and a funny smirk as she looks at my brother and opens her arms, hand gesturing to Randall to come in for a hug.

ALPHA!! HII MAMA GURL!! and YESSS." I fling both hands up in the air, head down as if in a Baptist church excited "OOOOOhhh HONEY WE GOTTA TALK!!!" laughing, and I hug my mama giving her a cheek kiss. I whisper in mom's ear with all my flair "my brother-in-law is HOT!! HOT!! HOT!! GUUUURL! SIMPLY SCHRUM-CHU-OUS!" mom responds wide-eyed "REALLY! Thank GODDESS! TELL ME IT IS WHO MY VISION SHOWED ME?! HE IS HOT!!!" I nod vigorously and we once again, behave like two old ladies gossiping, both laughing loudly and hit one another. Mom addresses the pack next "Everyone Pls, stand up. Today I come as my son's mother."

"ALPHA!" I am excited yipping whining running to my alpha sitting in front of her, tail wagging furiously bowing my head, then I drop to the ground and reveal my underside as I raise my leg to my Alpha. Alpha Carrie bends down now and picks me up "Hi bells I am happy to see you as well. You behaving little one?" she asks as hugs me. Giving me a kiss before placing me back on the ground. "yes ALPHA. I finished the ceremony as you requested." "Good"

Turning to look at my youngest cub Alexi "SOOOOOO, where is this lucky handsome (according to your brother HOT) mate of yours and my future son in law?" Alexi's eyes, shine, beaming pride and radiance as he throws me a little sarcasm "Really toti, what if I was straight?" myself, Randall and Carmen laugh a good laugh at Alexi's expense, we look at Alexi, THEN LAUGH AGAIN!! I put a hand on my hip, switching it back and forth one time to bob my head also, from side to side "As your brother so often says UH HUH YEAH, YOU BE ALRIGHT" We laugh loudly. Randall smiling, corrects me "no mama gurl its AWW-IIGHT" and we renew laughing.

RUBEN, having heard he was being asked for, comes over to us and kneels bowing his head. "That would be me Celestial Guardian Alpha Carrie. It is an honor." In an instant, I become Alpha serious as I look down at the kneeling Alpha before me. My eyes glowing Alpha yellow, but my voice is soft and caring, exposing my ruse revealing my real emotions.

"RUBEN ACOSTA... Alpha of the Crimson Mountain Pack we meet again. I foresaw this moment and this night, shown to me thru my vision. Alexi's mate, the final blessing and only one my first cub would accept, the mate I saw was you, Ruben. From the day we met at the conference I knew who you were. You were the one destined to be his mate and the only one he would accept. The Goddess truly chose well. I am proud to have you for my son-in-law." I lean slightly forward tapping his shoulders. He stands up now to meet my happy gaze. Then I hug him "I Welcome you to my family. There is one condition, my name is Carrie." RUBEN wraps his arms around me saying "Thank you Alpha....um... I mean Carrie."
