Chapter-21- Ruben's Resolve

Coco & Bella taking advantage of the tiny distraction, charge. This time Crimson, refocuses has no distractions jumps over the two with ease. When he lands he turns facing them and sneers a wolf smirk.

Eyes glowing like black Opals, Bella summons her mystic wolf form at him; Crimson jumps grabs the ghost wolf by the throat and slams it to the ground. Having grabbed her mystic wolf by the throat, causes Bella's own throat to close. Her physical form chokes from the shocking attack. "What! How?" Bella snarls for a second, recovering instantly, and summons three more mystic spirit Wulves, pissed. Meanwhile, Coco jumps at Crimson coming from underneath and side with a snap. He misses his intended mark, as Crimson jumps away. Catching nothing but a hind paw back kick to his muzzle.

Crimson lands and spins facing COCO when a mist shrouds him. Amist summoned by Bella. Crimson tries to grab the Wulves mists he sees within them only to snap on mist instead. These mystic Wulves were decoys for someone else. Coco lunges for Reubens feet to knock Reuben off & end this; only instead. Clamping on his neck scruff, Coco is thrown through the air by me. Cocoa lands on his side hitting the ground hard. But, before he can get up, I pin him. With my paw on his neck he is out. I hear Reuben grunt his disapproval "THIS is what my mate values? no wonder he's just a caretaker." I respond to Reuben's remark "you don't see what is happening"

Crimson's statement confuses me "What do you mean?"

I continue clarifying it to my soul-companion "There is something more to this Reuben, this is not about strength, Rather devotion, loyalty, and trust."

I don't understand but don't care as Crimson faces Bella again. Jumping off a pinned COCO, as Bella summons her astral wulves directing them at me. They are now on all sides of me taking point, I don't move. I see diamond pointed ice shards appear throughout their fur as they circle me. Now, these same shards race through the air towards me. I am becoming impatient I want my mate. My eyes twinkles, in second a swirling whirlwind of lava erupts from the ground encircling me, sheltering me within while melting the shards as they hit the outer wall.

Arching my head at Bella I snarl. Frustration taking hold of me, I am done with this but hear Sable "Remember mate". My sight meets those glowing silver eyes of Sable for a moment and swish my tail once "yes dear". In an instant, the diamond mystic Wulves reappear repeating the same attack. They release their shards like porcupines, towards me. It would be the last thing they do. I am losing patience. My eyes flick to the lava wulves, the lava hurricane bends outwards above both the shards and the Wulves and slams down erasing them from the fight. Once again I arched my head high beaming my eyes to Bella. This time I growl "How far are we pushing this spirit wielder?" in a second, I get my response.

I stop, sit down bowing my head. "You have proven yourself a worthy mate of my MASTER. Welcome to my family, Alpha" to which I also bow my head out of respect "and you my dear, were holding back. Thank you, Bella Mistress Wielder of Spirits." Bella looks at me, then Sable, Then back at me "Alejandro is my world" wags her tail. With her last comment, their test is over.
