Chapter 18
Neymar's POV
5 minutes. She's been gone that long with out a heart beat.
It feels like my heart it about to stop too. My legs start shaking and my arms twitching. I can't lose her. I don't lose.
Then the monitor goes off.
1 beat
2 beat
3 beat
She was alive again. I stand up and run to her.
"Jessica." I whisper and her head moves.
"Huh? Where am I? Who are you!" She says and I stand there shock.
She doesn't remember me.
"You don't know who I am?"
"Just kidding. I love you babe." She laughs.
I let out my breathe a laugh.
"You were dead for 5 mintues." I say and she looks shock.
"Really?"
"Yeah."
She stares at the end of the bed and looks at me. "Where's Lionel."
"He ran off, before you died he left."
She nodded and frowned.
"At least I'm alive now. Right?"
"I prayed for you. I couldn't stop crying."
"Aw Neymar." She says and I smile.
"Now we just have to worry about your broken arm, how are you going to play with the American team?"
"I don't know. But I'll figure it out later." She says and looks out the window.
I can't believe she just came back alive. She's perfectly fine now. It's weird she didn't lose her memory or anything, she just woke up like it was a nap.
"Could you get Lionel please?" She says and I nod.
Jessica's POV
I watch Neymar walk out and I start to think.
Was I really dead? How did I come back if no one helped me to come back to life? Oh my. I guess Neymar's prays came true haha.
I look over and see my phone and a small box. I lean over and grab the box.
I open in and a letter pops out.
"Dear Jessica,
Hope you like this. I made it myself or picked it out myself hahaha.
Love Neymar."
I laugh and open the box all the way. It was a necklace. A small heart and it hanged by itself. It was cute. The heart was silver and just cute.
I smile and place it around my neck.
"Jessica." Lionel says and runs and hugs me.
"I'm here." I say and he laughs.
"I can't believe your here. Alive once again."
"Me either!" I say and Neymar and Leo laugh.
"I'm so happy right now." He says and I smile.
"The doctor said it's a miracle. Their let you out tonight maybe. Tomorrow for sure." Neymar says and I nod.
So I really was dead.
Gosh.
