EIGHT| Raven

             Raven pulled her bag of the roof of her car as the sound of Sebastian bike decrease into the night air. She runs her finger along the ladybug sticker as she open the door, What was she going to do with him? She flung her bag on the passenger seat when a phone turn face down caught her sight. It was the familiar wash out basketball sticker in the center that hit it her.

     It was Maximus cellphone.

Where did it come from?. She wondered as she picked it up, she press the power button and of course it was dead. She had look every where to find his cellphone and now here it was. Where the hell did it come from?.  Wondered. She run her red paint nails over the black screen and climb into her car. She shut the door and stare at the phone as she reach for her charger and hope some how it would charge but no such luck.

    Damn you Max  She muttered to herself as she turn the key in the ignition and her car hums alive. She glance up the mirror to see a figure standing behind her, She held onto the steering wheel and stare behind her to realized no one was there probably just her imagination messing with her. She reversed out of the school parking lot and heads towards her place of choice to sleeping, There was no way she was going back to that bastard apartment complex.

Raven woke up the next morning with her brother cellphone on Charger but it was no use the stop phone won't even light up to signifies that it was working. But what kept her tossing through the night was how the cellphone got in car. 

   Anyone could have have slip it into her car?

It has been in the parking for a good couple of hours. But why now? She wondered  as she reach for her black and white composition that had MAXIMUS written in a red sharpie permanent marker on the cover while a lady bug sticker was paste at the beginning of his name and the last letter. She open it and skip a few written up pages before she came to the page titled Random Evidences.  Below the title she had:

      -   22/5/2017- At approximately 7:30 am Max's car was return to the apartment.

- 23/5/2017 -Lionel Montez search his gym locker at 4:30 pm after he was discover at the cliff.

- 30/5/2017 - Chief Armstrong try to harass me with evidence.

 15/6/2017- Lionel stalk me for the day.

20/6/2017 - Seth told me Max was at Lionel house the night he supposedly died.

And the list goes on...

She quickly scribbled: 

          - 14/4/2018 - Maximus Phone was found in Max's car at Approximately 9:30 pm.

 Raven shut the book and stuff it back into her red and black postman at the back of all her other composition books. She reach over into the container that held her snacks to received a small Ziploc bag. She peer it open and slip her brother's cellphone it before setting it back into her bag.  Her gaze somehow landed on the lady bug sticker that was paste on the her keys. 

             Lady Bugs were her favorite animal. How did Sebastian know that?

Did he know about the cellphone?
