TWENTY-TWO | SEBASTIAN

"Is Raven still coming?" Lionel asked as he fixes his black yellow Polka dot tie in the standing mirror that was nailed to the wall in his room. Lionel walked into the room dress in his black tuxedo with a purple tie.

"Yes," he answered, Lionel, stood by the door with his gaze on the ground. Sebastian couldn't understand what's the deal about Raven going to the Dinner if he could count how many people question him about Raven going to the Dinner he could become a rich man by that just one question. Frankly, it was driving him mad.

"What normally happens at this thing? Why you don't want Raven to come?" Sebastian question, he turns to face his cousin who looks like he hasn't slept for the whole week. Which will be understanding since he's been helping to fix up the center for the Dinner.

Lionel kicked the carpet absentmindedly as he sinks his hands deeper into his pockets. "Just keep her away from the team," he told him. "Even if I try, We both know Raven will do anything she wants despite us being there, especially you," he said running his hand over his hair.

"Sebastian!" He snaps causing him to stare at his cousin.

"Why is it so important to you?" Sebastian asked.

"I made a promise and I intend to keep it," he muttered out loud.

"I will only do what you desire if You tell her about you and Max," Sebastian probe starring at his cousin. Lionel stares at him. Sebastian steps away from the mirror as he stood before Lionel.

"Maybe if you tell her it would minus one of the wrongs you have done and the guilt you feel about Max's death," Sebastian told him.

"I have no guilt because I didn't kill him," Lionel gritted.

"When you tell her I'll believe you," Sebastian gritted out before he walked out of the room but rush back into the room to pick up his cellphone that was on the bed. Sebastian walked out into the hallway straight down the stairs a few seconds later Lionel was behind him.

"Oh my god you guys look so handsome," His smother exclaims as Aunt Gina walks into the room with a digital camera in her hand. Just as the Doorbell Rang. Kurt, his Stepfather rushed towards the door as mom decided to double check his outfit and fixed his Tie.

"I Love the tie," His mother complimented her.

"Thanks, A friend of Raven gave me a sneak peek of what she was wearing and said the tie would be perfect," he told his mother. "Raven has friends?" Aunt Gina questions out loud with wide eyes.  "She surprises us both every day," he said with a smile.

"Is Raven here?" Daria's loud mouth exclaims as she walks into the foyer dress in a pale yellow lace dress that had black lace running along the hem that she tone down with a black Jacket and a pair of black heels. Her hair was pulled into a high bun, making her look almost innocent.

"No Daria I am going to pick her up," Sebastian told her. Daria pouted as she folded her arms.

"Who invited you?" Lionel question.

"That's none of your concern," She walked over to Sebastian.

"Raven and I are best friends." Daria smiled.

"Really?" Aunt Gina question. Daria nodded.

"Does she know your related to Chief Armstrong because everyone knows how much she hates him." Aunt Gina said in a serious tone.

"Yep, But I convince her I'm nothing like my old man, so let's go get our girl. I heard it's first everyone will be seeing her in a dress." She looks at Sebastian as his inside does a flip, resurfacing the nervousness inside him.
