TWENTY THREE| RAVEN

                             RAVEN hasn't worn a dress since her mother's funeral and she didn't even bother wearing one to her brother's funeral because it wasn't her thing and she was too angry to even bother pulled on one. So here she was standing outside Lousiville Center, She couldn't tell how many times she had managed to tug at the dress while everyone stares at her shock either the appearance that she had shown up to a function or that she was wearing a dress.

The atmosphere tonight was so suffocated it could rob her of her breath. It was like the entire school was here. According to Daria Eddington, High Charity Dinner wasn't normally this packed. She is convinced that everyone showed up just to see her.  Raven couldn't understand, She was just a normal girl surfacing through the same chaos of this life, all she wanted was the truth about her brother's death and what the hell was going on with the basketball team and what does it have to do with Max's death and Omenita's death. Oddly she has managed to squeeze in a little place inside her clouded to mind to assist Sebastian on what his sister wrote in his letter. He should be happy at least he got a letter.

   All she got are polaroids photos with more mystery on the verge of wrecking his nerves.

"You look like you could use a drink?" An unfamiliar voice said to her. She turns to see that it was one of the guys from the basketball team, He was robust and stout starring at her with two glasses of Champagnes. It was the Purple tie that let her know because they were all dress in the same attire of a black suit and Purple Tie. 

"She's fine Steroid guy, get lost." Lennox's voice threatens him.

"I didn't think I would see you here," Raven grin up at him.

"And miss the chance to see you in a dress princess," He chuckled shaking his head. He was dress in black leather pant and a pale Yellow T-Shirt with Abstract Grey lines all over with his Leather Jacket with the Letter LS abbreviation of Lousiville Sirens embroidered on the back. 

    "You're looking gorgeous, I can't believe Sebastian left you alone at a party full of guys high on Steroid and hormones," Lennox said scanning the crowd. "He went to get us something to drink," She told. 

"You look beautiful," Watson told her.

"Thanks," She told him.

"Hey, Raven are these guys troubling you," Daria appear beside her as she fixates her gaze directly on Lennox who stood staring back at her. "Daria," he said with a stiff grin. Was it's a coincidence they were both wearing the exact same colors? Raven wondered. 

"Lennox," she muttered in a stiff tone.

"I heard you were back in town," he told her.

"Why doesn't that surprise me," She place her hands on her hip starring up at him as they both stood there staring at each other, their breath hitch as they stare at each other with eyes that say another story. Maybe what they couldn't say out loud. "Sebastian found us a table lets go," Daria grab her arm and they both turn to leave.

   "I'll see you around Princess," he told Raven.

"You too D, It was nice seeing you," he leans forward and caresses her cheeks which she slaps his hand away and he chuckled before walking back in the direction which he appears from. Raven didn't utter a word as she allows Daria to lead her to the table where Sebastian was busy talking to Aayliah. Daria and Raven appear at the table and Aayliah sprouts up in her Black Skin tight dress and Silver eyes glaring up at us. "Oh The Whore is back," She spat causing Daria step forward and slap her across the face.

"The last time I check I wasn't the one screwing other people men." Daria gritted, Raven didn't know what got in Daria, maybe it was seeing Lennox and since she couldn't touch him she lets it all out on her Ex-Best Friend. "Sebastian and Lennox are off limit so take your desperate ass somewhere else," Daria snap walking away as she took her seat and watch Aayliah walked away.

      Aayliah glare at her before storming away. Hurt and regret drench Aayliah eyes as she storms away and Sebastian pulled out the chair for her. "You happy now?" Sebastian asked.

"No I didn't get to get asshole too," She reaches for the glass of water that was before her as Lennox appear at the table took the glass out of her hand and pulled her up from the table and head straight out onto the balcony where two of the guys stood at the door.

"Welcome to the continues Saga of #Dennox," Sebastian smiled at here.

"Dennox?" Raven sputtered out Shifting her gaze to Sebastian who was staring at her.

"It's their Ship name since day one. No one dear get between The King and Queen of Siren. One day they are in love the next they are fighting like cat and dog," He told her.

"They are like Chuck and Blair from that Tv Show Gossip- something," he said with a grin and Raven chuckled lightly. "You mean Gossip Girl," Raven told him.

"Yeah, Omenita would watch that shit on repeat," Sebastian complains lightly.

"Gossip Girl ain't Shit!" Raven snaps at him.

"Wow Tough Raven has a guilty pleasure." he touches her Chin.

"Maybe," She shifts her gaze to the crowd. 

"Who's your favorite couple?" he asked.

"This is not the time to talk about TV Shows," she stated.

"Come on, tell me" he pleaded as he turns her chair towards him and he scooted closer to her. 

"No," She blurted out quickly as he pokes her in her side and she jumps with a shocked grin on her face. "Tell me else I'll continue to poke it out of you," He threatens. "No," she stated out loud as Sean interrupts them. 

"Would you like a drink?" Sean asked, causing Sebastian to glare at him. "I'm fine," Raven said for the umpteen times that night. Just as Lionel appear before them knocking the tray of champagne out of his hand causing it to collide on Raven.

"I told you she's off limit!" Lionelblurted out as shoved Sean away from them as he shoved him back. "No female is off limit!" Sean gritted out as Raven took the rag Sebastian offered and dried herself.  "What the hell have gotten into you, all of a sudden your defending the enemy," Sean send a fist into Lionel's face hitting him straight in the nose. 

"Hey," Sebastian butt in Kicking Sean across the room.

"Leave him alone," Sebastian snaps at Sean just as Sean tries to hit him and Sebastian dodge causing him his fist to land in mid-air and Sebastian to send a fist into his stomach as a few adults rush to break up the fight. 

"Your Dead," Sean blurted out. 

"And She's a dead bitch walking," Sean blurted out causing a girl in a butterfly dress to kick him in the groin and he landed on the ground in pain. It was the girl shoes that stood out, she remembers it. it belongs to her mother, Before anyone to wonder who she was she pulled up a purple hoodie and storm out the door. A loud piercing sound feedback into the air as Coach Eddy tries to get everyone attention but Raven was fixated on the door that the girl in the butterfly dress went.  Without thinking She storm out the door hoping to catch her.
