Choice [EXO AU][Vampire]

Chapter 3

~Yin's POV~

I did as he said and opened my eyes. He was smiling at me and I couldn't help but blush. What is wrong with me today?! 

"Thank you..." I paused realising I didn't even know his name.

"Xiumin," He filled in the gap for me. He smiled at me and asked me what my name was.

"It's Yin. I'm sorry I wasn't looking where I was going before." I apologised. 

"It's fine! It was my fault anyway! How about I walk you back to your house and help you get patched up?" He put his hand on my arm. The heat seemingly reassured me.

"Sure, that'd be lovely. Thank you~" I answered happily and my mood had completely shifted from grumpy to cheerful.

Xiumin gestured for me to lead the way and I began to walk back to my apartment. My knee wasn't even that sore anymore and the small cut had stopped bleeding already. The walk was pretty much silent until I got a phone call. I told Xiumin that we would continue on to my apartment but I'd have to take the call too. He nodded.

"Hello?"

"Hiya Honey~! I just wanted to tell you to wake up bright and early because we might pass through your area on the way to the airport." I immediately knew it was my Dad.

"Dad? Why are you and Mum going to the airport?"

"We were going to take some time off work to relax for a short while. You know how stressful work can be sometimes, right?"

"Yesss~ Speaking of which I'm going to work at 6:15am. What time do you think you'll be here for?"

My father paused for a moment and I could hear a faint mumble of his voice confirming the time with my mum. 

"We'll be there in a matter of minutes actually, the cab driver says it'll be a short time. Maybe 10 minutes? Roughly,"

"Okay~~! I'll see you at the apartment!" I ended the call and turned my head to a confused looking Xiumin.

I laughed at his confused expression and explained what my parents just informed me about. I then started to explain how my dad is really clumsy and funny whilst my mum is responsible and can think of a way out of almost any situation. The sound of Xiumin laughing was constant throughout me talking and I joined in on most occasions.

~Suho's POV~

I got up early again after not being able to sleep properly. I decided to go out. I was relaxing, listening to the morning birds when I heard laughing. I didn't even need to open my eyes to know that there were two people. One was a vampire- one of my brothers... Sehun? Xiumin! He was walking with a human... Her scent was sweet. Was she injured? I looked down to see them both giggling while the girl talked about her parents.

Since when did Xiuminnie have a human friend? She was actually kind of cute but I'd have to ask Xiumin about her later. I wouldn't want him making any mistakes around her. Keeping a mental note I lay back down on a thick branch.

~Yin's POV~

We soon arrived at my apartment complex and I said that I lived on the third floor. I said that I would probably be able to get there myself and waved goodbye from the entrance while he stood at the gate.

"See you~! Oh, and thank you for helping me!!" I waved, smiling.

"No problem!" He shouted back, "I hope you heal soon! I'll probably see you around~" He smiled.
