Choice [EXO AU][Vampire]

Chapter 13

~Sehun's POV~

Time seemed to stop after that one sentence, I could practically see a bead of nervous sweat roll down everyone's foreheads. The Boss never called unless something was wrong... Or if we had done something wrong... But what did we do?

Xiumin decided to break the tense, atmospheric silence.

"We... Should probably go then. Since he did ask for us." He shrugged and looked towards Suho.

Our brother nodded and we all began to get our coats. All of us but Kai; he stayed where he was before speaking up.

"What about Yin?" Everyone looked at him after he finished speaking. I've gotta say, people like us... They really shouldn't be as careless or forgetful as we are- it really doesn't carry any benefits. 

"We can't exactly bring her with us," Kyungsoo pointed out.

"Make sure all the doors are locked and lights are off. We can also lock the door to my room so she doesn't make anyone suspicious if she wakes up and decides to walk around. Also, leave her a note so she knows that we've gone out and to just chill until we get back. Then we can go out." Suho finished his plan and we all nodded at his request.

We all scurried off to do our different jobs. I went to write the note for Yin in case she wakes up. In the end, the note ended up saying 'Heyyy Yin! We had to dash out for a bit, don't worry it's nothing bad. We had to lock all the doors and things for security reasons but we'll be back soon! I'll leave your bag by your bed (you're in Suho's room) in case you wanted to redo your makeup or anything like that. By the way, you're so much prettier without it.' I didn't sign my name for my own reasons, plus she wouldn't know which one of us thinks she's pretty- truth be told, I think that applies for everyone.

I placed the note down on the bedside cabinet and left the room. Lay came up behind me and locked Suho's bedroom door. We both nodded to each other before walking back downstairs. On the way back down, Baekhyun tagged along and we all arrived at the front door together. I slid on my boots and the others did for their shoes and we were all ready to go.

"Let's get this over and done with then." Suho said firmly and we all followed out of the door into the cold, night air.

~Yin's POV~

9 pairs of red eyes followed me as I ran, I didn't know why I was running... It just had to get away. Suddenly, in the darkness that surrounded me, someone called out my name. Only once before I ran into something immersed in darkness. Someone immersed in darkness. I looked up to a pair of bright green eyes... They stared into my own and deeper into my soul. I shook my head and rubbed my eyes and the figure was gone... I turned around and I was met by another 3 pairs of red eyes. A seemingly normal, male voice then whispered in my ears, "Found you~".

I shot up from where I was laying and ran a hand through my hair. Luckily I wasn't sweating after that nightmarish dream- was it supposed to mean something? I looked around the room I was in, it was dimly lit by the dull streetlamps from outside. I got up from the bed and picked up a small paper note that was on the bedside table. I read through the writing, getting more and more curious as to what was going on- but I knew I trusted them. As I got to the bottom of the note I felt the blush creep across my face. But who wrote the note? I grinned thinking about 2 things, one being the fact that one of them thought I was pretty. The second being the fact that whoever wrote the note purposefully didn't add a name- that was smart and I liked it.
