Chapter 50 - The New House

The Ellsworth Enclave Golden Place.

Nikolai has been looking for a new house for them. He asked Sophie to help him find a new house for Alesandra and his future family. But viewing a house was not his least favorite of things to accomplish. Sophie insisted on getting a fixer-upper every time she found something new in the market that she imagined Nikolai will like.

Sophie found a house situated in 3100 square feet of land. A beautiful luxury French Mansion, with its stunning two-story home on a large lot in a hot neighborhood.

She called in the realtor agent to ask some couples of questions about the house and received vital information regarding the property and also a couple of pictures of the new house. When she was satisfied with what she is looking for she gave it to Nikolai and waited for his decision if he likes to take a house tour anytime so she can set it up with the realtor.

Nikolai saw the pictures and was amazed at the house Sophie referred to him and he immediately fell in love with it. There was something about this house that Nikolai sucked in.

The house is one of those rich people who buy when they get paranoid about having too much money. But for Nikolai, when he saw it he inquired right away to Sophie about the property and he likes what he saw. It is more of a home to him. To start dreaming of his own family and the start of building their lives together with Alesandra.

A beautiful luxury manor in a three-acre land. This is a single-owner home that sits on a large lot with mature trees. It's ready for the next owners to bring it into the 21st century. It's hard to list all the indoor and outdoor features of this stunning home, it has been recently updated, including new windows that provide ample natural light. Enjoying the shaded backyard or walk to the neighborhood park down the street.

He went through so much of his time looking for a perfect house for them. And he always takes into consideration what would Alesandra like in their new home. 

Sophie came into his office to inform him about their house viewing.

"Sir, "

" Yes, Sophie."

"I'd like to remind you of your house visit today at 12 in the afternoon with the agent."

Nikolai looks up to Sophie and hearing her reminded him that he did not inform Alesandra about this house viewing thing. His eyes popped out and his tree-trunk neck strained. He knows by now that Alesandra is in the meeting with their wedding coordinator.

"Fuck!! I forgot to tell Alesandra about the house viewing today. It must have slipped my mind. "

"It's alright, I had reminded Alesandra about your schedule today and she will be here in about 10 minutes." Sophie chuckled and gave him the fliers and all documents about the information of the house they are willing to view today.
