This is the day that the Renaulthè family and Bolinski family will never forget.
New life has come to them but death also fated on this day. A day that should everyone be happy but sadness is enfolding everyone.
Alesandra gave birth to beautiful babies and yet she just lost her father, Alejandro Renaulthè.
She is in labor when suddenly she thought about her Papa and she knew something isn't right. It was like a current volt that she felt in her inside that she eventually cried and her eyes glimmered with watery tears and she felt as if the whole world was about to crumble. She screamed with all her might. There was something in that shout, a pain behind it. She sobbed and tears flooded like the waters rushing down from a waterfall and the only time she'd stop was to fill her lungs with fresh air.
Nikolai saw his wife and took her hand and kissed it. Holding on tight and never letting it go.
All she can think of is her Papa, "Papa, please don't leave me."
"I see you. I do. I see the pain in those eyes. Baby I know. Everything will be alright. I promise you that and I will make things better, I love you, baby." All he can do is to reassure his wife about their future but he too didn't know what to expect.
He knew that his father-in-law is dying on the other side. That they were gifted with a new life of their twins but another one will go soon. It's a new life and death between the Renaulthes' family.
Something ached inside her, something felt wrong and she couldn't tell what. She tried to pinpoint the cause for this unexplained pain but failed to do so. Everything she felt is like a jumbled set of puzzles that she didn't know how to solve.
While Alesandra was in labor with pain, Alejandro on the other hand was in much pain his complexion is ashen. His natural fair skin has sunken in tone to something lifeless. It scares Estella to show her husband that she is also not ready to lose him. But Alejandro set her mind to all the possibilities of him dying and will soon succumb to his death bed. While he is in pain, he saw how his wife, tried so hard not to show her emotions but he called out to her and hold her hand. Kiss it and he encourages Estella to talk to him.
"Hi darling, how are you? It was not your type to just look around and not to talk about what's in your head." Alejandro wrapped her in his arms and kissed her hair. There is nothing that could prepare him for the pain of this farewell.
Estella kissed him gently on his wet cheek. Her gray eyes well up and tears streak down her face, her lips trembling until she bites them and throws back her shoulders. She wanted to pretend but she can no longer hold it.
"Oh, darling. Why are you crying? I thought we had an agreement that no one will cry when I go to sleep. Darling, I am just going to sleep right. Because I am so tired, right." Alejandro caresses his wife's cheek full of emotions.
"Please don't leave me." All she could utter in silent tears rolling down her cheeks, devastated, gray eyes, red in the face, a seemingly endless flow of tears.
"Sweetheart, I'm not leaving you. I'm just going to sleep and when I wake up, I will wait for you. And I know, you will always find me here, in your heart." He pointed to her chest and she holds him tight that it was like she will never let him go and afraid that he will eventually vanish from thin air.
She is afraid to see him go to sleep and never wake up. She knows it's only time that Alejandro, will succumb to his death. She knows very well that her husband is ready to accept his fate though she knew it well also it's hard for her to accept the reality.
He's telling me that there will be no more walks in the park, no more birthdays with their grandchildren and I won't see another snow season with him in Paris.
