Chapter 54 - The First Born

Alesandra pov. Nikolai pov.

As the days passing by.. Nikolai saw Alesandra getting bigger with her baby bump. The more he thinks about his wife and his children, it put a smile on his face. And the more he fell in love with his wife.

They just moved in into their new house after many changes happened to the interior and layout because of the coming babies.

But they never expect that it was twins until they had their first ultrasound checkup and they both saw a small teeny tiny two small circles on the monitor.

And they both agreed to let it a secret for a while until they'll know about the gender.

She sometimes spends a lot of time worrying whether her bump is too big or too small. And sometimes all of them find it appropriate to comment on the size of her belly.

Everybody asks if it's a boy or a girl. They would always tell them that they still don't know the gender.

When the right time comes and they knew about the gender, they let everyone know that they're going to have twins and the good news comes as a surprise to their families.

When they had a gender reveal party courtesy of Catalina, everyone thought that Alesandra's belly is so big. It never crossed their mind that she might have twins. Because no one in the family had twins before.

Only the three of them knew about their baby's gender. They kept it all secret until the reveal party.

Before the party started, Catalina asks her if she has come up with any names for her babies.

Allie told her of naming the girl after her own name Samantha Guia and her baby boy is named after her father's name, Diego Alexander Bolinski.

Catalina smiles at her and gives her a thumbs up. Blows her a kiss.

"Oh my god.!! That's a nice name. And she will be like her mom, huh." Cata winks at her.

Nikolai grinned at her. He looked please also hearing their names.

"Wow! that's a nice name babe. Surely they will be surprised to know you named after them."

Alesandra looked away and her eyes cast down on the floor and were teary-eyed with how Nikolai accepted it. She looked up and tears in her eyes robbing them of their usual warmth.

"Babe, thank you so much for making me choose to name them. I thought you will be mad at me."

"Wait. Why would you think about that?" Nikolai hugged her and kissed her forehead.

"Because I named them after my fathers. I want to always remember and honor them. This is the only way I could do little for them. I wanted to show them how I love them both, babe. I hope it'll be okay."

"Babe, there's no problem naming our children after them. I would love to call them whether you name them after your fathers or whatever name you can come up with. Still, I love them both."

"Thank you so much. I love you." And she touches his face and kissed him.

When Nikolai heard about it he was surprised that she named it to her father. Nevertheless, he let her decides which names she wanted for their children. But he didn't mind it anyway.

The day arrived for their gender reveal party and everyone where present but the most excited about is her Papa, Alejandro. He wanted to cradle his grandchildren before he closed his eyes. He knew in his heart that he will soon lay his head and never going to see his grandchildren growing up. He knew his time will come soon. Sooner than he expects it.
