Chapter 12 - Rainy Day
"CADE!" I heard Arron yell from a little bit ahead of me.
"ARRON, I'M RIGHT HERE!" I could barley makeout a male figure in the distance. I was sure it was Arron but in this rain, I couldn't be sure. Whether it was Arron or not I grabbed onto the man's sleeve. As I looked up at the man I was relieved to see Arron, soking wet hair, rain pouring into his brown eyes.
"WE NEED TO FIND SHELTER." I believe that's what he said anyway, through the rain and the thunder I couldn't here a thing. I just nodded my head at that and let him lead the way, making sure the keep a hold of my forearm, making sure we didn't get seperated again.
Pretty soon we came to a clearing with a huge mansion type house. I mentally noted that it was a pack house, I didn't actually feel when we crossed the boarder, probably too focussed on the rain and hail that was beating down on my shoulders. We were heading to the pack house when about a dozen men came out of the house and surrounded us. I heard an array of orders. I couldn't tell what they were saying but I guessed thay were saying something about GET ON YOUR KNEES AND PUT TOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR HEAD, because one of the men took out Arron's knees and as he was kneeling he raised his hands above his head. I did the same and felt cold metal enclose my wrists.

We were lead into a dark room with a hallways lined with steel cages. Their holding room...Back at the Black Moon pack we had one just like this. I was instructed to clean down there everytime we had a new prisoner. Once while I was cleaning one of the cells my sister and her friends locked me in. I spent almost two days in there before Luke found out what had happened.
He was a mess. He looked tired and worn. He hugged me tight and told me he had been looking for me for forever. He asked me what had happened, although he new fully well who had done this.
God, I needed to stop thinking about him.
We only spent a couple minutes in the cell before a man, the alpha, entered the room and leaned against the wall infront of my cell. He was good looking, a common trait found in alphas. His bleach blonde hair was a little short for my liking but still his green eyes looked kind. He spent a couple minutes just staring at me, looking me over.
"What is a pretty girl like you doing, running in the rain, in the middle of the night. ?" I heard Arron growl at this. He looked surprised as he just noticed the tall musculer blonde in the adjacent cell. "Oh a pair of mates.."
"We're not mates." Arron commented still growling.
"Arron." I cut him off and he stopped growling. I knew an alpha like him wouldn't appreciate a wolf not to mention, with Beta blood running through him, growling at him.
"No, it's fine. I just assumed. I can smell the Alpha blood in you." He gestured to me. "And the Beta blood in you." He looked pointedly at Arron. "So what in the hell are you two doing on my land?"
"We left...We had just had enough, Alpha." I admitted to him. At fist I was a little reluctant to tell him our story but soon it all came flowing out. I told him everything except for the fact that my mate rejected me and the fact that my Mate was the alpha of the Black Moon pack. That brought up another question.
"Umm, Alpha? What pack are you in charge of...?"
"I am the alpha of the Blue Sun pack." The Blue Sun pack...I knew that name from somewhere. Oh right, this was our neighboring pack and ally. Oh my god he was gonna...
"NO! Pleasse don't notify them that you found us... PLEASE."
"Hey relax. I won't. I'm not that cold hearted." He gave me a smile and after that, Silence. I was surprised that Arron was the one to break it.
"Thank you, Sir." The Alpha nodded to Arron and replied with,
"Call me Hagean." with that he left us to think in our dark dank cells. The inly thought I had was, Damn. I did a way better job cleaning than this!
