Exactly like I said this morning, I made myself comfortable and stayed with yui until 9pm sharp. Unfortunately, I had to flee because my shift was starting at 10pm and I had class first thing.
The bottom of my flats clicked against the wooden slabs of the clean school as I walked to my classroom that was fortunately empty. My shoes from the other night were still there and so was my bag of papers and pens incase any student forgot to bring theirs.
It was at the moment 9:44 and school was starting in one minute, rushing me a bit so I could look presentable for the students I was going to teach.
As I quickly shoved myself in my spinny chair, I switched on my desktop and got the register up and ready.
And as a minute flew by, the bell rung and students started flocking the hallways. Speckles of students started walking into my classroom, bags on their backs as they slumped down in their chairs and took out their books and pens.
As I counted each student one by one, about two of them seemed scarily familiar to me.
When the class was finally full, I cleared my throat and gave my best smile.

"Good morning students! Who's ready for another day of learning?" I said with a chuckle, making some students giggle and other groan.
As I clicked a few times on the mouse, the register appeared and I could finally check the students in.
"Quiet! Please say present if you are here" I said before speaking out many of the names that my register had held.

(30 minutes later)

I cleared my throat as quietly as I could, since the students were working on an essay at the moment about the Victorian era. I had just spent the lesson teaching them the facts and famous icons of the era, and possibly a few faces that they were already familiar with.

"15 minutes left!" I shouted as a reminder to the students who were still scribbling down on their test assignments in front of them.
Most of the students nodded their heads and started writing faster than before, but they still kept track of time as they were doing it.
"Excuse me, miss, may I be excused to the bathroom?" A female student raised her hand politely as she asked me for permission to dismiss her.
I waved back and nodded my head, shooing her off to the bathroom where she would hopefully spend about a minute or two in.
I had my head down also, marking previous assignments from my previous classes I had taught yesterday evening.
Some answers were quite incorrect, and I was expecting more of an explanation to some answers than others schools I've taught when I was a few centuries younger.
As I marked and ticked off right answers and crossed wrong answers, I could feel a pair of eyes on me.
I looked up slightly and narrowed my eyes at a young boy who wore a fedora on his head. His bright green eyes shined past all of the students as they stared at me with a dash of curiosity. But I quickly let my cautiousness take over as I watched what he was doing.

The boy sitting down had his arms crossed in front of him as his fedora covered one of his catlike eyes, and his burgundy hair was messy and looked as though someone completely ruffled it up.
His attire was confusing. He wore an unbuttoned shirt with a loose tie, and his coat seemed to have a fur trim around the hood that was behind him.

He looked like he hadn't even touched the paper, in fact, he hadn't. His pencil lay still next to the piece of paper with all of the assigned questions writing down.
The audacity this boy had angered me very quickly, and I was certain me was trying to wind me up.

"Do you have a reason for not doing your work?" I said, leaning back from the desk in front of me so I could narrow my eyes at him.
The boy smirked at my words and shrugged, but it made other students stop what they were doing to look at him in confusion.
"Not really, I don't want to waste my time on a piece of paper" his mouth grinned slyly as he replied.
My eyebrows furrowed in frustration when I gave him a strong and menacing glare.

"Principles office, please" was all I said, and in that moment, he immediately got up from his seat and winked at me before strolling out of the door.
"Back to work!" I yelled, making the distracted students jump and immediately look down back at their work.
Sighing, I sent back to silently marking the other students paper work.

( lunch time )

Leaning back in my seat, I let out a relieved sigh and stretched my arms out into the air and pointing them to the ceiling.
I smiled to myself for a quick second before looking down at the paperwork to see I still had a few more papers to mark, but it wouldn't be a problem for me since I wasn't too slow at marking them.

"Yo' sis!" I jumped out of my skin when Ayato slide through the doorway with a large smile on his face. Placing a hand on my chest, I smiled and shook my head.
"Jesus Ayato, you scared the hell out of me!" I yelled, making him pout playfully and shrug his shoulders lazily.

"Oh well, I just wanted to see what you were up to" he said, walking over to a random seat as slumping down in it carelessly. Ayato raised his arms and supported his head with his hands, getting quite comfy I might add.
He closed his eyes with a loud sigh and then finally got into a position he was okay with.

"So, any assholes in your class yet?" He asked with a snarky tone. I made a long and bored sigh before looking over to Ayato and shrugging.
"there was this one boy, he had a fedora and he was really odd" I answered his question. But as soon as I finished the sentence I had spoken, Ayatos eyes flew open in somewhat shock and surprise.
"Seriously?!" He shrieked, standing up from his seat but his sudden actions had caused the chair to fly back and land in the ground with a loud thud. I straightened my back up and looked at my brother as if he had two heads.
"Ayato! Keep your damn voice down!" I yelled, grabbing a random rubber and throwing it at him. Ayato easily dodged it, but he looked at me with the same expression on his face.

"Don't you recognise who that is?!" He seemed to have a tinge of amusement in his voice, running up to me and pressing both of his palms on my desk so he was facing me straight on.
By the time he lay his hands on the desk, I stood up and glared at him for his present behaviour.
"Don't your voice in my class! Sit down!" I gritted my teeth and pushed him back to he was at least by the chairs. But my strong push had caused him to fly back into a random desk that had made a loud clash with Ayatos sudden contact.
My red haired brother looked up at me with a defeated face and surprisingly relaxed in the messed up chair that wasn't even standing on its legs.

"It was Laito! Okay?!"
I widened my eyes.

"What?! Why didn't you tell me sooner!"
