Cindy's Daily Routine

(A/N: This is just a fictional story. Anything about getting rid of fats should not be done by a 14 years old not until age of 18. The tips are not required to be done. Others is not a good tip)

Cindy's Daily Routine:

1. At morning, when you woke up. Pinch the bridge of your nose downwards. Repeat it daily. Make your shaped '1' nose turn into shaped '7'

2. Wash your face 2 times a day. After, use eskinol to clean your face. Repeat it until the dirt has gone. Use cotton

3. Don't eat at morning and evening. If you want to eat. Eat anything except rice

(But, for my situation. I should've not eat anything. Strictly just biscuit and water!)

4. Exercise or work out 30 minutes a day. Dancing is more effective

5. Don't get enough sleep. 4 hours is enough

6. When bathing, use soap twice. Wash hair with shampoo and nutrize it with conditoner. Use hair treatment every weekend (Sunday) and get rebonded

7. If possible, don't get out if the sun is out. That'll help to not make you more darker

Reminder: If your hungry, just dance and watch interesting movies to shoo your hungriness

Note: This should be done daily. If not, repeat the daily routine twice in just a day. Getting rid of fats is NOT that EASY. PATIENCE IS NEEDED!! One day is not enough! 30 days is needed!
