Chapter 4 - The waterfall

"Y/n... are you alright?" Zach said worried.

"... huh? Yeah..." I reply after like two minutes.

He walks up to me, hold my hands, makes me stand up and lifts my chin.

"Go get some rest, you look like a zombie right now." He says calmly.

"No..." I say. "I have to finish the school stuff, then have to finish this project for next week then I-"

"Y/n. Listen. I really like you and I want the best for you, but you need to rest, you don't look well." He says holding me by the waist then slowly lifting me up, then he kisses me.

His kiss deepens more and more.

This is just what I needed.

I needed him.

He sets me down on the bed and I lie down. He goes to the other side of the bed and lies down next to me.

We watch some movies on his Netflix for some time then I fall asleep. While I was still half asleep, I feel Zach playing with my hair then caressing my cheek, I smile at his touch then I fall asleep completely.

I wake up with my head over Zach's chest and his arm around my waist. I slightly lift my head then I feel one side of my mouth wet.

I look back to Zach's shirt and there's a small circle on it.

Zach looks at me and chuckles.

"Y/n, it's fine, I promise. Don't even worry about it, okay?" He says while rubbing my back.

"How long did I sleep?" I ask him.

"Well, I managed to watch like 4-5 movies now." He replies smiling at me.

"You're telling me that I slept for like SIX HOURS?!" I scream in shock.

"I'm sure you'll be fine in school tomorrow! Your health is the priority here, remember that." He says.

He slowly gets out of bed and takes his shirt off.

"It's hot." He says.

"More like you're hot." I mutter.

"What was that?" He says laughing.

"What? N-nothing." I say blushing.

"Come with me, I want to take you somewhere." He says smiling.

I get dressed and follow him to god knows where.

We walk around and we soon arrive to like a hidden path. We walk for what seems like forever then the path clears up and my eyes meet an amazing view.

We ended up in front of a gorgeous waterfall, we weren't alone though, there were also other people there just chilling.

"Woah... Zach this is..."

"...beautiful." He finished my sentence.

I take out my phone and ask someone to tale a picture of me and him with the waterfall in the background.

We thank the generous lady for taking our picture then we stay there and relax for a few more hours.

"Hey, it's getting dark. We should head home." Zach says.

"You're right. Let's go." I respond.

After an hour of walking, we finally reach home, take a shower and have our dinner in the kitchen.

"Oh there you guys are!" My aunt says, walking in the kitchen with Loren.

"Hey auntie..." I say nervously.
