Stalker- Yang Hongseok

The next day, we where going out with the rest of the female trainees to promote. We where going to perform dances on the street.
But I still had some time to watch Hongseok.
I knew for a fact that they had vocal lessons today. And I knew where.

Obviously I was just gonna hide somewhere. I wouldn't approach them.
Definitely not after what happened yesterday.
I messed up pretty big.
I literally yelled "I'm not allowed to talk to boys"
And ran.

Thinking about it made me scream.
Suddenly Mina, came running inside the room I shared with jinhee.
- I was the one supposed to tell you... I don't know how you found out..
She said.
What was she even talking about? Another problem?
- what are you talking about?
I asked her.
- you don't know yet?
She answered.
- know what?
I asked.
- that you can't come with us today...
She said.
Wait, she was talking about the promotions...
- why can't I go?
I asked her.
I didn't understand at all.
- because you gained 1 kg...
she said, looking down at the ground.
She was right though. I already knew I gained. But I didn't know I would be punished for something so small.
- what am I supposed to do today then?
I asked.
- anything but eat.
Our manager said as he appeared in the door.

I wasn't really shocked by his words. We where all used to it.
After I chased Mina and our manager out of my room, I decided to look at my body in the mirror.
I don't get it.. I look just the same as always.

I ended up staring at myself for an hour.
But then I suddenly remembered something.
I was supposed to spy on pentagons vocal practice.
But it was already over by now.

Since I had a lot of time by myself now, I decided to go to the private gym. I needed to lose what I had gained as fast as possible.
Getting benched like this would really hurt my career.

I didn't even eat before I headed to the gym.
I decided to not bring water either, because water weight is the worst.
I entered the gym, and noticed that nobody was here. But that was a good thing.
Because I was gonna work out until I cry.

• Hongseok's POV•

We had just finished our vocal practice, and to be honest I was a little disappointed.
Because i had hoped she would be there. Outside the door watching us through the window.
- let's go back to the dorm and play overwatch!
Wooseok said as we exited the room.
We had a three hour break before we would head for a fanmeet.

I wasn't really in the mood for gaming.
- I'm going to the gym.
I said.
- I'll go with you.
Yuto said.
- me too.
Kino said.
The others just rolled their eyes and left for the dorm.

Me, Yuto and Kino went straight to the gym after getting water bottles from the cafeteria.
We didn't even need to change because we where wearing sweatpants and hoodies.

When we entered the gym, the only other person here was some girl.
I couldn't see who it was. Probably some trainee.
Cube had a lot of them now, because they where gonna debut two girl groups soon.
- It's Yerin!
Yuto said.
The girl didn't hear him, but I could see her face now.
It was her.
Yerin... cute.
- the stalker.
Kino said and laughed.
- she's not a stalker.
I said.
Kino just rolled his eyes.

We started working out, and decided to stop after an hour to go to the dorm, to shower and eat.
Yerin was still working out.
She still hadn't noticed us.
And she looked so tired.
Suddenly she groaned really loud, and started talking to herself. She looked kind of irritated.

- who do you think you are huh? I gained some weight so what? Check yourself old man. You look like a potato.
She said.
Kino and Yuto covered their mouths so they wouldn't laugh.
I thought it was funny as well. But mostly cute.

She was still sitting on the ground, now talking about how tired and thirsty she was.
I noticed that she hadn't brought a water bottle.

I suddenly felt the need to take care of her.
I picked up my water bottle, and started walking towards her.
- what are you doing?
Kino asked me, and this time Yerin heard him.
When she saw me, she kind of froze, looking at me with her big eyes.
I just ignored Kino and walked over to her.
She didn't say anything.
I guess she really wasn't allowed to talk to boys.

I placed the water bottle in front of her, and smiled.
She just stared at the water bottle for a while, but then she picked it up.
I wanted to say something to her, but kino interrupted me, saying we had to go.

I sighed, and walked away from Yerin and exited the gym with my members.

I almost couldn't believe what just happened.
My heart was beating so fast I had to lie down.
- ya I think I'm having a heart attack.
