* 10 minuets earlier*
After looking everywhere, I found Hongseok.
He was in the cafeteria. I only got to look at him for a second, before he turned around.
I quickly started walking away.
He probably didn't see me.
.. probably.
I had to get away as fast as possible. I walked around a corner, and saw a door. I knew where it lead.
He would never look for me at the roof.
I ran up the stairs so fast that I wanted to cry.
I'm so out of shape.
When I reached the roof, I went near the edge to look at the view.
I loved my brothers village, but I had missed the city.- turn around.
I suddenly heard.
I hadn't even heard someone entering the roof.
Also, creepy...I waited a minute, hoping that the person would just leave me alone.
Maybe they had left.
I turned around slowly, because I was nervous. There was something really familiar about the persons voice. It was him.. of course it had to be him.
- you found me..
I told Hongseok. He came closer. Too close.
- are you really back?
He whispered.Yes. Yes yes yes.
- No.
I said.
Hongseok didn't say anything, he just looked at me.
Stop looking at me.. I might stay.
- you have to forget you saw me.
I said.
I started walking away, judging myself in my head.
Great job Yerin.. you should be a professional stalker.
Oh wait.
You got caught after ten minutes.
Idiot.- I swear to go if you don't talk to me, I'm gonna jump.
Hongseok said, as I was about to leave thought the door and disappear.
I turned around, seeing that he had moved closer to the edge. Not too close, but close enough to manipulate me.
- that's not fair.
I said.Hongseok suddenly laughed.
- you wanna know what's not fair?
He said.
- you leaving me without a word, and then staying away for 3 months.
He continued.- you know why I left. Don't you?
I asked.
- I do.
He answered. We sat down on the ground, leaning against the fence.
- you know it wouldn't happen again if you came back, right?
Hongseok said.
- I don't trust them anymore.
I said.
- you don't trust them? It was only one person that pushed you. Not all of them.
He said.
- Wait.. do you know who did it?
I asked him.
He went quiet for a while.
- .. no.
He finally said.
- I guess it doesn't really matter.
I said.
- what if you came back, for me?
He then said.Of course I wanted too. So badly.
- It's not that easy.
I said.
- at least spend a day with me before you decide.
He suggested.I really shouldn't.. but do I ever listen to myself?
- ok.
I answered.- great. Let's go.
Hongseok said, and got up on his feet.
- wait, you mean now?
I asked.
- yeah. You'll probably disappear again if I let you go now.
He said, and grinned.
Probably.- ok, just an hour.
I said.
Hongseok helped me up, and we left the rooftop.
As we where walking down the hallway, I noticed two people running.
It was that guy from BTOB. I think his name was Sungjae.
And the other person was.. Seunghee.
She was running after him with a shoe. She threw it at him, hitting him in the head with it. She really hadn't changed at all.
I had almost forgotten that she totally saw me. She had stopped running, and was standing in front of me.I was about to say something, but then she just walked past me. Not before hitting me in the shoulder, with her own.
- why did I have to come back here? I'm so stupid.
I said, getting upset.
- don't say that.
Hongseok said, and held my hand. But he quickly let it go.
- she hates me.
I said.
- to be honest I have no idea.
Hongseok said.We started walking again, and soon reached the building exit.
- so where are we going?
I asked him.
- it's a surprise.
He said.We walked down the street, and I had only one thought in my head.
I want him to hold my hand...
We stopped walking, and I got confused. Where exactly are we going?
- turn around.
Hongseok said.I turned around, and looked at the store.
No way. It was a restaurant where all the food was pink. Actually everything inside was pink.
- you remembered..
I said.
- of course.
Hongseok said, and smiled. He had promised me a long time ago to bring me here one day.
I quickly entered without waiting for hongseok.
I ran up to the counter, and couldn't help myself from smiling like a crazy person.
- I want ice cream.
I told the lady behind the counter.
- Wait no. Waffles.
- No, cake. Actually just give me all those things.
I told her, and she laughed. After ordering food, well after I ordered food, hongseok and I sat down at a table.
He had only gotten a coffee.
- the coffee is pink..
He said, and laughed. We spent way more than an hour, talking. I told him what I had been up to, and he talked about how things had been since I left.
But after we got that out of the way, we started talking about random stuff, like how some dogs where afraid of pineapples. After we left, we went back to the Cube building.
I decided I would wait for Rena to finish work, in the lobby.
- I have to go now. I kinda just left practice before it was finished.
Hongseok said.
- please, at least think about coming back.
He said, and smiled. Then he started walking away.
- hongseok, wait.
I said.I knew what I wanted to do. And if I don't.. I don't know if I'll ever be able to do it later.
- what is it?
He asked.
I moved closer to him, and I was now standing right in front of him.I'm gonna do.
I'm gonna kiss him.I started to lean in.
- Yerin, stop.
He suddenly said.- I don't want to be with you like that anymore.
