Elena POV

Klaus was in town. It was the full moon. I was trying to act brave but I couldn't help but be worried, scared. Worried that my friends and family are going to get hurt trying to protect me, scared that Elijahs friend or whatever won't get here in time to help and I'll die, I don't want to die.

I was outside the Boarding house with Stefan but then Klaus came and now I'm just waking up on what I think is a cliff with fire surrounding us. I saw Aunt Jenna, she was being used as the vampire in the ritual. And Jules was the werewolf.

Jules had been sacrificed already. Next was Aunt Jenna. "It's alright Elena I know what I have to do" she told me before the fire circle fell. She ran, vampire speed, to the witch doing the spell and started drinking her blood. Klaus looked angry whilst I screamed, she wouldn't kill the witch before Klaus stopped her. I was right Klaus pulled Jenna off of the witch and to the ground.

Jenna looked over at me as Klaus stood over her with a stake in hand. Stefan was unconscious, pinned to the ground using a stake in the abdomen. I was about to tell Jenna to turn it off, so she wouldn't be scared to die. When it caught my eye.

It being a feather, pure white just like the one that Elijah said would summon his friend. Klaus looked at the feather scared. That was good. But nothing else happened it just floated to the ground next to Jenna head.

Klaus staked her. She turned grey with protruding veins. I was next. I was sat crying as the grief consumed me over Jenna. She was gone, dead. Elijah lied he said he'd stop us getting hurt, that the feather person wouldn't let it happen that we'd live, or maybe he only meant me?

Whilst I was waiting for Klaus to sacrifice me, waiting for my inevitable death just like Jenna I saw it again. A pure white feather that looked too angelic to be in such a torturous situation. It sat mocking me so I picked it up, maybe I had to hold it and that's why Jenna died because she wasn't touching it. I put it in the waistband if my jeans hidden under my shirt so Klaus didn't see it.

The fire circle disappeared and I stood not taking the hand Klaus offered, I wasn't giving him the satisfaction no matter how small. I walked to the stone next to the bowl where the witch was chanting. I stood and awaited death as he cane up behind me.

Teeth sunk into my neck and I felt that weird sensation of blood being drained from my system. I felt drowsy, lightheaded.

Everything turned black.

A/N really short chapter but i wanted to get all that stuff out of the way and not drag it out. Thought it was a good place to end this chapter, hope everyone enjoyed it.
