Kol POV

"What the hell did you do to him?!!" I Shouted in outrage as my uncle fell to the floor unconscious midway through trying to attack god.

"What's necessary to keep you alive" he said and I grew confused, I thought I was alive. "You fell into the holy flame along with Satan" he said and that made sense, wonder why I don't remember it? Oh wait maybe it has to do with the fact I died, Rebekah was right after all.

"Keep me alive? I thought I was alive, did you bring me back?" I asked and he nodded before waving his hand in my direction. Nothing happened for a moment before pain exploded from my back on either side of my spine next to my shoulder blades. White hot pain eventually faded into just searing pain until it faded to a dull ache in rather a short amount of time. And when I looked up angry to shout at God when I noticed everyone staring at me in shock. "What?"

"You have fucking wings!!!" Shouted Jenna, Rebekah and Caroline at the same time. I felt a sharper thing of pain on my back and turned back to see Elijah tapping the fluffy white wings, oh god they weren't lying, curiously.

"Yes it seems you do brother, how does he have these wings might I ask?" Elijah asked God whilst everyone just silently observed the wings, couldni move them?

"Well he died I had to bring him back as a guardian angel but unforetuanteky sacrifice was needed to give him the power he required" spoke God and I looked at him quickly dragging my attention away from my wings, never not going to be weird.

"Sacrifice? Does have anything to do with what you did to my uncle?" I asked outraged. At least ask my permission before you sacrifice your son for my god, huh cause I'm saying it about god. Being brought back to life has consequences obviously my IQ has dropped since that entertained me.

"Yes, you were brought back and that energy gave you a temporary source of life but even I can't easily bring back a soul damned for hell easily so it required something else you could easily draw power from" he said asbhe moved around the back of the couch until he cane to an armchair which Matt was sat in. Waving his hand Matt appeared in the same chair across the room by the original chair was still there, huh. "So I needed to link your life to someone so you could get that power, so I linked it to my sons, Jezona's" he finished and I looked at my Uncle.

"Why could you have not linked it to someone else?!! Maybe I needed my Uncle to help me with this angelly stuff" I shouted at him as I bent down next to my Uncle to put his body in a more comfortable position, wouldn't want his neck or back to hurt when he woke up everyone knows he wouldn't stop complaining.

"Let me show you something" spoke God as he stood. He put his index and middle finger on each of his hands to either side of my head before my vision turned white and we were suddenly in a golden building with white floors. "Watch" He said as we turned to see my Uncle Jeremiah and God sat playing chess.

"Can I ask you something?" Asked my uncle or a past version of my uncle realising we were watching a memory. God nodded looking up at my uncle who for once had a serious expression on his face. "If something we're to ever happen to one of my nephew or my nieces, would you do whatever it takes to help them even if it meant sacrificing me?" He asked and God seemed stunned before it turned to a pained expression.

"I wouldn't want to but if it is your wish that I do, then yes" he said and my uncle nodded before going back to the chess game.

"Thank you" He spoke still looking at the game. God looked at him beforengoing back to the game which they played in silence. And then everything went white again before I was back in the Salvatore house.

"So when will he wake up?" I asked God who grew the same pained expression I saw in the memory. "When will he wake up?" I shouted at him growing angry.

"What did you see Kol?" Asked Klaus.

"When will he wake up?!!" I Shouted again and my siblings grew worried.

"God?" Asked Rebekah in a small voice.

"He couldn't have his power drawn from by 2 angels without consequences" said God lowly as he sat down.

"What consequences?" Spoke Elijah in a similar voice to God.

"He won't be waking up"
