17.The Kiss

The group celebrated the twins birthday and the four of them crashed early at 7 from the long trip. I went ahead and cleaned up , shortly after Scott ran home and i was alone with Tyler in the house.

"Nice family" Tyler said

"You've met them don't act like it's your first time" I said laughing softly

"Just trying to get into a conversation" he said drinking his beer

"We'll don't try , just bring up a topic you want to talk about"I said doing the same

"How come you don't drink much" he asked

"It's good don't get me wrong, but I'll drink it here and there, I just don't want to get addicted to it , I enjoy my soda more then the beer" I responded with

"Have you ever got drunk"

"Once , it was after my senior year , but I contained myself afterwards" I explained

"Wanna get wasted then" he asked placing his bottle on the coffee table

"It's been a while since I've done something like that.......6 years to be exact, I never really done anything like that mainly because I had no one to do it with..... in other words I'd the you on that offer" I said smiling back

"Oh I was scared for a second" he said in relief

I walked out into the kitchen and grabbed two more bottles, as I returned to the living room I gestured to him telling him to follow me outside towards the porch. We leaned on the railing and took in the sunset. Every time we both finished a beer , we'd take turns going in a getting one and before I realize we were on our eleventh one. I felt nothing like if I was drunk while for Tyler......he was falling over the railing

"I'm starting to regret this decision" I told Tyler making him smile

"Why ..... thus isn't so bad Greg" he said holding himself up

"Yes but like........you're drunk"

"No I'm not you're drunk" he said slurring his words

"Okay I'm drunk but let's take you inside okay"I attempted to pull him but he just fell over "Okay you shouldn't be that drunk to where you can't stand"

"I'm perfectly fine" he said attempting to stand up but soon falling over again

I picked up in bridal position and carried him inside. I dropped him on the couch and as I walked away he grabbed my ankle making me fall over

"Not funny Tyler" I said laughing softly

"Coddle Greg me want coddle"

"It's cuddle and I have to make sure I lock everything" I said standing back up

I closed all the bedroom doors and went to go lock the front door. It was already nine and taking Tyler home wasn't going to be easy so i decided on letting him stay. I went back to the living room and noticed That he wasn't on the couch anymore.

"Tyler where are you, you shouldn't be moving you're drunk, and you can hurt yourself"I said as it echoed through the house

I walked around a little more looking around as much as possible but I wasn't able to find him anywhere.

"Tyler this isn't funny"

"Over here greggy"

I turned and I saw him hiding being the couch. He was laughing and I was trying my best to be upset but he was making a cute face so i started laughing with him.

"Come Greg , carry me"

"You aren't a kid.......though you can act like one often" I said smirking

He reached out and gestured for me to come get him. I smiled and submittied to his request. I picked him up by the waist and span him around which made him giggle. I stopped and held him in front of me and he wrapped his legs around my body which pulled me closer

"Woah alright I didn't expect this" I said laughing

"Carry me like this Gweg" he begged

"Call me Greg first"

".......g.... gwreg" he said slurring

"Close enough"

He rested his head on my shoulders a started humming. It felt nice the soft vibration, trickling down my neck. I boosted him up again since he started so slip off. Which got him mad

"Why'd you wake me up"

"You were going to slip off"I told him

"No you just couldn't let me rest and leave you alone"

I looked him straight in the eyes. He looked back mad and shortly after he smiled

"You know you're cute right"

"Thanks you tell me allot" i said smiling

"No but like you look really cute , the grey hair and blue eyes make you stand out so much more and I love it"

"Why thank you ......i really appreciate it" I said blushing lightly

We both stared at each other focusing intensely on each other's blue eyes. He moved closer as did I. Eventually our lips connected and we were kissing. Although he had a strong smell of beer coming from him I still enjoyed. It had feeling behind it, it made me realize I was ready to be involved with someone else in my life. I felt his hands wrap around my neck and it made me smile. Then I heard a happy scream

"Oh my god Greg " Irene squeled

The others awoke as well and saw what was going on

"Well look what we have here" David said teasingly

"I saw this coming" Miguel added

"Good boy" Ramsey said smirking

We both just stared at them. I felt my face start to turn a bright red. I had feet embarrassed so I stretched my hand out and charged a small blast

"Go back to sleep before I fire this" I said embarrassed

They quickly retreated to thier roomsand the blast faded away

"That was something" Tyler said confused

"That's my family for you" I said annoyed, smiling shortly after "but it does keep things interesting"

I looked back addy him and kissed him again but it was only a peck.

"So now what's going on between us" he asked hoping for the answer he wanted

I laughed softly ans smiled at him " Tyler I'm ready to include you in my life....... so I'm asking you if you'd like to be my boyfriend" his eyes widened

"I'd love to" he said kissing me back
