4.Communication

It was 12 a Miguel had finally woke up

"Hey Greg what's for breakfast? " he asked rubbing his eyes

I looked up from my phone "air ....... I'm not making anything until lunch so you're on your own" as I focused back at my phone

"No fair I was sleeping" he complained

"That's you get for over sleeping"I said as I scrolled through my Facebook feed.

He sighed and left to go take a shower

The twins had went back to their room after eating breakfast and David wasn't going to be here for another 2-3 hours and I've be really wanting some ...... alone to myself away from others. I looked out the back window and saw that there was a lake with a few picnic tables out there. I went back up to my room and grabbed one of my favorite books ,fire and lightning, and made my way down to the lake and took a seat at one of the tables and just took in the view. Although the sun was out it wasn't that hot it was a cool temperature feel and I enjoyed that.

An hour and a half had passed and i had got halfway through my book already although I never liked to do much reading but I was very good at it , i would finish a book within a few hours.

"Hey there stranger"

I mark my spot in the book and close it , as i look up i notice that's it's Tyler "Oh hey"

"Do you mind if I take a seat"

I stared at him a bit then i gestured letting him know it's alright

"So how's your day going so far?"

I slightly gesture my shoulder and he nods slowly

"Okay...... Why aren't you talking"

"I don't know" I said looking out past the lake

"Do you not want to talk" he asked leaning into my peripheral vision

"No it's not that I don't......... just sometimes I feel it's unnecessary right now" I said taking a deep breath

"How come?" He asked following my eyes

"This is a beautiful place and I want to enjoy every moment of it..........i feel relaxed honestly and it's a first for once" I said with my eyes close and a smile on my face.

He just looked at me and smiled "That's good" he looked out with me and it went silent for a little while

"Hey do you and your family want to join us at our bonfire?" He asked breaking the silence

"I'm not sure yet ,like I said earlier our older brother is coming up and he probably just wants to relax" I explained

"Oh right ........i forgot....." he thought for a moment "Hey how about me and you go do something just the two of us"he suggested happily

"Uh..... I'm not sure we barely know each other how do i know you won't kill me" I said smiling slightly

"Because if i wanted to kill you I'd do it now" he said with a vicious look

"That's not reassuring" I said slightly moving away

"It was a joke okay I'm not a bad guy or anything" he said apologetic

"I know just giving you a hard time" I said smirking

"Hey Greg how old are you exactly you seem like you can pull off a Dad" he asked as he examined me

"Im 25 and how old are you? " I asked

"Oh I'm almost 22 " he said as looked at my beard. "Nice beard dude not many guys can pull one off"

"Um thanks" I said as I scratched it

"No really I mean it, like I would call you dad but I know that'd make you feel uncomfortable so I won't.......... yet" he said as he smirked to himself

"Umm...... back to your question" I said as I hid the blush on my face

"Oh right.... So do you want to go with me to hike up the hills and do some sight seeing" he said

"I'll think about it"

"Alright then here's my number" her said as he pulled out his phone to show it

I pulled out my phone and tyoed it in giving it a call so he can have mine as well

"Cool, awesome" he said looking at my number

I checked out my watch and saw that it was almost gonna be two "Hey I have to start heading back my brothers almost here" I said as a placed my book underneath my armpit and started to head out

"Hey I'll walk you I don't live that far away anyways " he said catching up with me

"So what are you siblings names" he asked

"Well there are five of us My older brother David, me the second oldest, my younger brother is named Miguel and then the twins Ramsey and Irene which are the youngest" I explained

"Wow so there are five of you .......i only have a brother he's named Jorge"

I kept quiet as my cabin was beginning to be seen in the distance and I saw that my brothers car was parked next to mine

"Oh shit he's here" I said happy "sorry Tyler I have to go .......ill see you in a bit bye" I said as I ran off to go inside

"Uhh...... bye" he said confused following with a smile

I pushed open the door but i had seen that the living room was empty. I ran to the twins room but it was empty , i checked Miguel and it was empty as well , so i rushed up the stairs and i checked David's room but it's empty as well and see that all his stuff is there so i look around and made my way to the window, I look out and see that they're at Tyler's cabin . I look out for a bit and decide to Just stay in the cabin by myself and shortly after I get a knock at the door. I walk down and in greeted by Tyler

"Hi"

I wave and pull him by the arm to come inside

"Woah um alright then"

I drag him up the stairs into my room and close the door

"Woah Greg lets not rush anything we barely know each other" Tyler said worried

"Shut up " I said as I sat him down on the bed "You wanted to get to know me.......well here your opportunity so let's get to know each other" making him smile
