I awoke in my bed unaware of how much time had passed. Last thing i remember was talking, getting attacked and then I blacked out. I attempted to get up but I felt a light tug on my arm. As I looked over I saw that Tyler was cuddled up next to me holding onto me like he was afraid to lose me. Even after what happened I still smiled, I was happy to see him.
"Feeling better"
I looked over and saw Irene walking in
"What happened" I said with a raspy voice
"You were in a coma for three weeks" she explained as she sat at the edge of the bed
"What happened" I asked
"After you blacked out , Scott brought you and the DreamWolf here , while the others contained the wolf me and Scott used our powers to start healing you but it took longer than expected" she said softly
"How long"
"Around five days till you were fully healed, but you still were unconscious" she said brushing hair out of her face
"Did you find out who the wolf was? " I asked
She stared at me expressionless.....and shorlty after sighed
"It's him" she said softly
I looked over at Tyler, processing what she said and thinking about the events that occurred that night. The color drained from my face
"Sorry if it's hard to hear"
"He's the wolf that attacked me" I asked scared of the response
She nodded slowly "Don't mention this to him he's already going through allot since the situation with you happened"
"Really?"
"He's been here since the first week , barely leaving your side" she said smiling "it was actually kind of cute how he acted when i tried to check on you, he got so protective"
"That's nice"
"Oh also before I forgot, the full moon is coming up this Saturday and of course he's going to change so be ready" she said with a commanding tone
"I don't know if I can bring myself to hurting him" I said covering my face"even if he is transformed"
"I understand but it's either you or him" she explained "and you just need to knock him out"
"Can I move around" i asked
"Yeah you're mobile but the weight on your right arm is restraining you" she explained
I looked over to Tyler and realized what she meant
"I'll leave you alone for more, see you in a bit" she said getting off the bed and walking away
I layed there a little longer and eventually I drifted off again. I woke up a little later a figured out it was noon. I wanted to get out of my bed for a bit but Tyler was restraining me. I gently tugged on his arms, making his hold loosen. As i climbed out i loved slowly because my muscles still felt stiff from nit being able to move for so long. I heard Tyler grunt softly but I just made my way to the door and shut it softly so he wouldn't wake up. I slowly descended the stairs and saw the others sitting around the living room
"Good to see you with the living again" Miguel started
"Had us scared" David added
"Hurts like a bitch you know" I said softly
"Would imagine, the cut was deep it went through your spine and lungs" Ramsey explained with pain behind it "if you were normal you'd be dead"
"And to add on that , I noticed that so nh e of your organs that were cut healed on thier own over night, so it seems that you have regeneration and self healing" Irene added
"Something new again huh" I said sitting next to Miguel"and took a near death expirence to see it in action" I said chucking softly "how's Scott"
"He'll be back at 4, he had some things to do" David explained
I rested my head on Miguels shoulder and started to hum softly
"Felling okay?" Miguel asked resting his hand on my head
I nodded" just trying to relax a bit, took alot in at the moment , just trying to process it"
"Oh before I forget, Tyler wanted me to tell you that the whole thing with Tyson was a misunderstanding" Irene chanted in
"Excuse me?" I said opening my eyes
"Yeah , him and Tyson are bros basically, they grew up together, Tyson was going on a date and needed Tyler's opinion , so he was changing in his room to see what was good and what was bad"
I stared in disbelief, realizing I really screwed up and i needed to apologize.
" God i jump to a conclusion too fast"
"Yeah pretty much,but he still stayed by your side and if that doesn't show he cares I'm not sure what will" Irene finished with
"I'm an idiot" I said as I gave myself a facepalm
"Your relationship before this ended bad, you're still a little on edge, just give it some time" David told me reassuringly
"Yeah but still,.....i shouldn't have accused him so fast" I said pitiful
"It's fine" Miguel said squeezing me soflty "besides I'm pretty sure he's not worried about that , he's just worried about you mainly"
I stayed silently briefly, taking in what he said and rethinking it over and over. I smile crept over my face suddenly. My family just stared odd at my reaction
"Ay Greg" David called out
I snapped out of it and looked up at him
"What's going through you mind right now?" He asked puzzled
"Oh nothing just thinking about what Miguel said" I said laughing awkwardly
David just stared blankly "You really are one odd man ya know" he said
"Beside that, but guys although though I enjoy spending time together , we're gonna need to head back to Commerence, work for me is gonna start up in a week" I explained
"Ugh don't remind me" Irene complained
"Yeah , but duty calls and I've been told I'm taking over as head, because the current on retired ,so I'm gonna be busy"
"Hey congrats a promotion" Ramsey said happily
"Yeah but I don't think I'm ready , although I'm the oldest one out of the other directors"
"Well let's just enjoy this time we have together" David said "the five of us together"
"Yep , before our assistance is needed, leys continue to be normal for a while longer" I added
