Chapter 4

Okay, so this is the 2nd time I'm writing in this little diary thing. Honestly, not a lot has changed, except for the fact that I send a mail to Tony Stark about the Internships. I haven't checked my mail since then, but Pepps said Tony got the mail and he's thinking about it. Leave that behind, nothing excited happened. My life's pretty boring at this point. But, since this is my second page, and I wanted to keep the first one happy, I can write a little bit about my past now.

So, where do I start? Well, I've never met my real parents, first of all. I was adopted when I was 5, before that I was an orphan. But my dad died in a car accident when I was 9, and my mom got really sick soon after. She isn't dead, but she couldn't take care of me anymore. That's how I got here, with Pepper. I had a friend in elementary school, named Skylar. She was the niece of Pepper and lived with her since her parents didn't want her. But she went missing 3 years ago. The police went and searched for her, and they're still searching. And not only for her, there's also my best friend, called Sam, who's 7 months younger than me. Sam's a girl, by the way. We grew up together. And then there's Jason, or 'Mr. Perfect' as I like to call him. He's also one of my best friends, and was like a brother to me. I haven't seen them in, well, 3 years. I miss them. A lot.

Michelle closed her little diary, as she saw someone walking towards her in the train from the corner of her eye. It was Peter. She turned her head to face him and put a cracky smile on her face. He went to sit next to her and grabbed his phone. Why was he sitting next to her?

She looked around the train, and found that all the seats had been taken. Writing in her diary would be awkward, because Parker would be able to read it, so she decided to go on her phone and text Liz.

After a while they hit their stop. Peter and Michelle walked to school together, but kept their distance. The relationship between Michelle and the Dorks was weird. She didn't like them, but also didn't hate them as much as she did other people. They could be weird, especially that Ned guy, but she was the same.

They had their usual lessons and after a while, lunch came. As usual, Michelle was sitting alone, in the corner of the cafeteria.

"Ned, I already told you, I don't need a guy in the chair." Peter sighed and rolled his eyes. He looked around to see if he could find an empty table anywhere, but his eyes stopped when he saw Michelle, sitting by herself in a corner.

"Dude, lets go sit with Michelle." Peter faced Ned again.

"Are you crazy?!" Ned's eyes widen and his cheeks turned red. "You know I like her, don't do this to me."

"Fine, stay here then." Peter stood up from his chair and grabbed his bag. " I'm going to sit with her, if you like it or not." He turned around, and walked away, leaving a somewhat shocked Ned behind.

"Hey, Michelle?"

Michelle looked up from her paper and saw no one else then the one and only Peter Parker.

"What's up?" Michelle smiled, and turned back to her paper.

"I just wanted to ask if you'd mind if i would sit with you." Peter put down his bag and sat down, right in front of Michelle.

"No, not at all actually." Michelle looked around the cafeteria to see where Clumsy Dork 2.0 went, but couldn't find him.

"And that Ned guy?" She asked, still looking around, trying to find him.

"He's coming later. He had some stuff to do." Peter answered, feeling a bit of jelousy because she asked for him. But he quickly pushed that feeling away, mentally scolding himself, instead focussing on his lunch.

They sat like that in a somewhat awkward silence till the bell rang, starting their next class. For the first time in 3 years, Michelle left the cafeteria with a real smile on her face.
