Tommy(yes tommy don't judge me!) asked his mom if I could spend the night. She said yes!! I called my mom.

I turned to tommy
"She said yes"
"Yes" he jumped up and raised his fist to the air.
I started giggling, he turned bright red.
"Uh hey Jemmy I uh mean James can you pretend you didn't see that"
I felt myself heat up at the nick name:)
"Sure thing tommy" I said with my best flirtatious voice.
He laughed as I laughed.
I went down stairs and his mom was cooking dinner...what's her last name?
"Hello mrs. Jefferson?" I said with uncertainty
She laughed and said
"Oh dear call me Martha"
"Ok Martha, what can you tell me about the little scrawny fella"
"Little scrawny fella?"
"Um the one with the ponytail who's short, not the French one"
"Oh Alexander"
"Yeah him"
"Well un he's been through a lot of foster homes, doesn't like physical contact, he's been the hospital, in a relationship with James, and um was recently adopted by us"
"Ok?..." The skepticism evident in my voice
She sighed
"If you want more you will have to talk to him about it, sadly he is very forgiving"
"Ok which is his room"
"He rooms with Lafayette"
"Ok thanks"
I went to the stairs and turned into Alex's room
I lightly knocked on the door
"Hey can I come in"
"Sure" a miniature voice mumbled,
