Chapter 8

Hey guys I have exciting news! Next time I can it will be uploading a picture of Alexia in Sims 3 form. Yeah umm I'm kind of addicted to that game so I made her as best as I could. Look forward to that! Also the song for this part is Be My Forever by Christina Perri

I woke up the next morning smiling and I checked my phone.

J: Hey Lex. See you soon

I got up and slipped on my favourite sundress, letting the soft fabric slip through my fingers. It was a pretty sky blue with light purple and pink flowers on a semi-transparent layer above it. I paired it with a pair of summery wedges and put on a little makeup. I went downstairs and grabbed some cereal. I texted him back once I was in my favourite chair outside.

A: Heyyy

J: Somebody's happier

A: Yeah. 3 seems so far away from now

J: I know

A: Ugh

J: I have to go

A: Whyyy

J: I have a secret mission to do

A: Fine be all mysterious like that

J: I'll see you at 3

A: See you

I opened up Wattpad and started reading my favourite current book to kill some time. It was an awesome book but I just couldn't get into it. I sprawled out on the chair and contiued my story instead. It wasn't the greatest but some people had writen some really nice things on it so I contiued it anyways. I ended up writing for an hour, putting all my effort into the story. At 11 I decided I had to get out and do something before I went insane. I couldn't go to Charlotte's and I didn't feel like hanging out with anyone else. Finally I just got up and went for a walk with some music playing. It was a nice day for a walk and was out for a long time untill I got a text from Jasper.

J: This is taking forever

A: 3 is way too far away

J: It is. You want to make it earlier?

A: Oh yes

J: Hahah you want to go for lunch?

A: I'd love to! Where do you want to go?

J: How about the little cafe next to the park?

A: Sounds great. See you in a bit

As I pulled into the parking lot my heart was pounding so hard I wasn't sure how it was still in my chest. I got out of the car and sat down on one of the benches outside. I pulled out my phone and tried reading something with little success. I gave up and just sat there, staring out at the park.

"Alexadria?" Someone asked me. I turned around in surprise and found myself looking at Jasper who was holding a beautiful daisy.

"Jasper?" I whispered.

"Hey. This is for you." He gave it to me awkwardly.

"Thanks." I took it with a smile. Both of us, just standing outside of the cafe, started laughing for no reason at all.

"Come on." He nodded at the restraunt. I followed him inside and we ordered our food in almost complete silence. "So Alexandria." He smiled. "Lex." He corrected himself before I could protest. "How old are you actually?"

"I'm almost 17. Are you actually 19?"

"No, I'm 18 technically." He shrugged.

"So, you have no siblings, two dogs and?"

"I live in one of the little cottages along the beach."

"No way." I gasped.

"Yes way." He smiled. He has such a good smile.

"We should have gone to the beach instead!"

"Nah I see it everyday. I don't often come here."

"Same. I usually stick closer to home."

"Makes sense." He paused as our food arrived. "So, any word from Charlotte?"

"Nope."

"You guys will be fine. Trust me."

I looked up at his eyes and smiled. "Okay." The rest of lunch was perfect, we talked the whole time and I felt like I had known him forever. We left the cafe laughing, perfectly comfortable with each other. We were just dropping off something at his car when my phone buzzed. I glanced at it and frowned. Jasper looked at me questioningally. "Who is it?" He asked.

"Charlotte. She wants to know where I am."

C: Where are you Alexia?!

A: I went out for lunch. Why?

C: You're with him aren't you?

A: Yeah so?

C: It's not going to work Lexie

A: Whatever Charlotte. I didn't ask you

C: Yeah well.

I shoved it back in my pocket and smiled at him. "I'm fine. She's being weird but it's okay."

"If she makes you mad then she better watch out."

I laughed. "I'm fine Jasper. Come on." The rest of the day passed perfectly and when we left it was 5pm, a lot longer than we planned. I smiled as he walked me to my car. "I'll text you later."

"Okay. See you."

"Bye." I waved as I pulled out. Another day that ended perfectly.
