Magical Door

Thank the saint ang_val02 that told me there wasn't a note at the bottom and part of it was missing.

Laughing and joking for a while, it proved that he wasn't a complete tool. Only when he wanted to try to 'impress' people did he get that way. I told him he greatly needed to improve his flirting skills if those were it. When cooling down from our laughter, I remembered he still hasn't answered where Frerard was.

"So, you haven't answered where they are yet. Where are they or when should they get back?"

He looked down at his feet, making me instantly skeptical. "Oh, they just stepped out for a quick second to get some stuff. I'm not sure when they will get back. Why are you being so persistent?"

"Oh I just needed some help, with my door and such." His eyebrows grew at that, and a smirk was very evident on his face.

"Oh, help you out?" I rolled my eyes at that while groaning. "No, I need help getting the door open. It's stubborn and it gets stuck. Since they're not here do you mind helping me?"

His eyes lit up at that. "Sure thing."

As he started to walk out, he quickly turned his head back inside and mouthed something to whoever was inside. I felt very wary about this entire situation. If they weren't home, clearly there are quite a bit of people inside from the level of conversation earlier and that's odd that there are so many people in their house if the owners aren't there.

Stopping in front of our door, I head Duke start to growl under his breath once the man stepped in front of the door. I shushed him quietly under my breath, and swept him back into my arms. Once in my arms, he seemed to relax while looking up at me; until he seemed to remember that the man was in front of the door.

Once looking up from Duke with a slight smile on my face, I looked over to the man and saw the man just starting. I immediately furrowed my eyebrows, looking at him in a questioningly way.

"The door.....? I may or may not need to keys to unlock it." My mind calmed at that, telling myself that he wasn't just watching a moment between the cuddle master and myself, and just needed the keys.

"Oh, ya I guess you do." I maneuvered the still tiny Duke into one arm, and sheepishly used the other to grab the keys back out from my pocket. He grinned slightly hen taking them from me. With that, he turned and inserted the keys into the lock.

Once there was a small click that signified that it was unlocked, he turned the handle and used his shoulder to budge the door open. As it swung open, my jaw dropped. I have never seen my door open that fast or that easily. It made me wonder so much how he did it; I was literally slamming myself into the door to get it open with the handle turned.

"Was that all?" When asking me, he looked very confused because it seemed like such a simple task. And Frankly, the way he opened it it looked very easy.

I chuckled at that. "Haha, ya. How did you do that? I'm honestly in shock. It takes me almost 5 minutes every time to get it open and that with slamming against it." Once the words left my mouth, I realized how pathetic that sounded, "Oh wow, I'm sorry I just realized how pathetic that sounded. I swear it's not as bad as it sounds."

He then chuckled along with me, probably for how pathetic it sounded and was. "Oh that's fine. If it keeps getting stuck, you should just oil the hinges up. Or next time just ask me over again."

"Thanks. I'm sure I'll just go with the first option. I'll need to get some, but that's fine. And, why would I call you? I don't even know your name or where you even live. All I do know, is that you don't live with Frank and Gee." I walked around him, and took Duke and myself into our apartment.

"Well, I'm not going to be telling you where I live, although I know where you do apparently and your name. But I can tall you my name." With that he just smiled at me staring at me. We had a staring contest; although I had a stare of longing, for him to tell me his name, and he had a look of pure blankness.

"So..you're name?" His grin grew even larger at that.

"It's Luke."

"Ok. well 'Luke', assuming that's your actual name and not a fake name you just said randomly; i should go now."

"Ok, if you ever have your door stuck again, just lube it up." With that being said, he turned and started walking back towards Frank and Gee's apartment.Once he was a few feet away, I heard a small chuckle right before I closed the door.

I laughed at the dirty joke, and sat the floofy Duke on the floor. Un-clipping him from his leash, I laughed even harder as he bolted off running; most likely looking for his snake. Slipping off my converse and getting comfortable on the couch, my assumption was proved right as I heard Duke's clangle of his collar. Turning to look down the hallway, I saw Duke happily trotting down the hallway towards me.

His snake was in his mouth, and despite biting it near the middle both ends were dragging on the floor. His ears flopped with each step he took, making him even more adorable. I cooed because I couldn't contain anymore of the cuteness inside. He trotted around the the front of the couch, and jumped onto it.

He snuggled his body against my thigh, with his head and the snake resting in my lap. Looking down at him getting comfortable while wiggling in my lap, he seemed to sense it and looked up towards me. He kept glancing between my face and the toy, as if he wanted me to play with him, with the toy.

I laughed as he looked so expectingly, and just stroked the top of his soft head. Reaching over to grab the remote, I just threw on Terminator and got comfortable.

<Thoughts? Thanks for reading. I'm sorry it's been a while but Wattpad's been giving me big troubles with uploading and I have no idea what my password is anymore and whenever I try to change it, it will never send the emails to change it but that won't work, and I'm stuck using my FB to try to get into it. Just tiring stuff. Anyways, thanks for reading! What do you want to see happen next? Laterz!>
