9. {My Girl}

Cheryl-

I woke up next to Toni in my bed. It was like a usual day with the sight of her, and not going to lie but she's a cute sleeper. I slowly get out of bed trying not to wake her, once I get up I leave the room. I go down to the kitchen as I was going to make something to eat, and Veronica was there. I almost forgot that I had a sleepover, guess I got distracted for a minute.

"Oh, good morning." Veronica says looking at me.

"Morning." I say walking over to the coffee pot so I could make coffee.

"So you and Toni?" She says sipping something in a cup.

"What?" I look at her confused.

"You guys slept in the same bed. Just wondering." She says raising her eyebrows.

"We slept in the same bed when I was at her house, we are just used to it." I say giving a bit of attitude.

"Okay Cheryl Bombshell." She says taking another sip then walking away.

I just roll my eyes, even if she didn't notice I still did it.

I finally got my coffee and I walked back upstairs, finally everyone was up. I first started at Toni and she looked at me while biting her bottom lip. I wanted to follow her action but I couldn't, so I just gave her a small smile.

"Thanks for having us Cheryl, but I think I'm going to go." Josie says standing up.

"Anytime. Thank you all for keeping me company for the night, it was enjoyable." I say staring at all of them.

By noon everyone was gone, except Toni of course. We were still in my bedroom, and we both sat on my bed just talking.

"Are you going to be staying here?" Toni says looking at me, and fiddling a ring on her finger.

"To be honest, I really don't want to. I enjoyed staying with you and I'd rather stay with you.. than be in this house." I say giving a disgusted look as I looked around.

She grabs one of my hands and hold onto it.

"I would love for you to stay with me, and plus if you are not there my bed would just be cold. We don't want that." She says giving a little smirk.

"Then I will continue staying with you." I say biting my bottom lip.

She then grabs both my hands and pulls me into her, pulls me into her lips. I wrap my arms around the back of her neck and she puts her hands on my waist. I never expected life to be like this, but I was happy.. I was finally happy. Who knew Toni would be the one to do that.

After we pulled away we just smiled at each other, then she grabbed my hands again.

"Would you be mad if I go to the whyte wyrm later?" She asks.

I sigh looking down.

"What about last time?" I ask her, looking up at her.

"I promise you I'll be safe, you just promise me you'll be safe." She says squeezing my hands a bit.

"Of course I will. I'm not worried about me, I'm worried about you." I say looking concerned.

"You can't be worried about me going there, I practically grew up there, that place is my family. One out of twenty times something bad may happen, but I have nineteen other times I'll be good." She says jokingly at the end.

I roll my eyes at her.

"Oh Toni Topaz, you will be the end of me." I say giving a small smirk.

"Well I hope not, I'd rather make it to the end with you." She says trying to be smooth.
