Yoongi
Ever since I was a child I haven't had much money. We were really poor, at one point I didn't even have enough money to eat because we couldn't afford it.
My parents didn't have enough money for private school or anything so they always wanted me to study and get good grades so I could get a high payed job. So when I said I wanted to pursue music, they didn't take to it very well.
I taught myself how to play the piano. I stayed late after school to sneak into the music rooms so I could practice my music. I enjoyed watching the way my fingers danced over the keys and, and listened to the beautiful melodies they made.
Rapping is also something I taught myself how to do. Just practicing in my room or quietly on my walks to school. I didn't think I very good but when BigHit held auditions I decided to go for it. I never expected that I would make it in. My parents didn't believe in my music path but by then I had moved in with my band mates so they just ignored me.
Never in a million years would I have thought that I, Min Yoongi, a poor boy from Daegu would be in a Kpop band. Being a rapper and songwriter still overwhelms me and sometimes I may break down. But my band mates are friends, like family. My bros, they cheer me up, make me feel loved. I just hope that one day my parents would accept me

Apparently Yoongi's parents didn't want him to be an idol in real life and when he saw them in the front row of one of BTS's concerts he started crying (I might include that). 😭
I can't wait for their comeback and it's also they day after my birthday so that's fun 😁
