(Corrie's POV)
Corrie walked down the hall on her way to her fourth period French class. She was carrying three books that hadn't been able to fit in her over stuffed backpack. As she looked down, she felt someone walk by and bump her shoulder.
She dropped her books and she heard Grey say, "Whoops! Sorry Corrie!" He immediately picked them up and handed them back to her. "Thanks." Said Corrie, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. Gods he's adorable... "So, um..." said Grey. He looked kind of nervous. "Would you want to...um...like, come over after school. I need help with homework. And we could play video games and stuff." Grey laughed nervously. Corrie nodded. "Sure. That's cool, I don't have anything going on." He smiled. "K. Cool. See you then." Corrie watched him walk over to where Kuyper and Nick were standing and jumping on each other, fighting over a...a hat? She sighed. Some people will never change. She laughed to herself and walked to French class.
Mr. Allen looked at the clock on the wall paused The Little Mermaid. They always watched Disney movies in french because Mr. Allen was obsessed with Disney. He reminded everyone about the homework just before the bell rang. Corrie packed up her backpack and went to the outside quad for lunch. When she got out there, her friend Ella waved her over to a table. She sat down at the table with Ellaand Vira. (Jenna and Sophie both went to a different school.) "So! Before Grey gets here, guess what guys! He asked me to come over after school!" Said Corrie excitedly. Vira raised her eyebrows and smirked. "Like... to his empty house...alone?" Corrie felt her face redden and her eyes widen. "Wha-Vira! No! Jeez!" She rolled her eyes and shook her head. Vira laughed, "Jeez, just askin'." Corrie laughed. "Omigosh you and Sophie are so alike, you know that? You guys are both so...so frisky!" Vira nodded. "Yeah I know. We're both frisky and proud." She smirked again and did a model pose. Ella rolled her eyes. "For what? Just to hang out?" Corrie shook her head and unloaded her lunch box. "He said he needs help with homework, and then after that we can play video games and stuff."
"Hey." Said Grey, setting down his lunch and hopping up to sit on the table. Kuyper, Nick, and their friend Ada came and sat at the table too. They all always sat outside together. Corrie was sitting on the end of the bench and Grey was sitting on that edge of the table close to Corrie. "Oh! Guess what!" Said Grey to Corrie with a goofy grin. Corrie smirked. "What?" He excitedly jumped off the table. "I, Grey Long, got SECOND FRICKING PLACE IN THE BATTLE ROYALE GAME AND A DOUBLE S RANK BEAT THAT!" Corrie gaped. "That's great! I've never gotten better then sixth place!" He smirked in her face. "Ha." He said. Ella rolled her eyes. "Okay guys stop it with the video game talk, I don't understand it." Corrie and Grey laughed and Grey sat down.
