Chapter 21

Betty POV

We where all sat in the living room talking why Ryden was playing with Polly "I can't wait for the twins to meet Ryden."She says tickling him making him giggle "I can't wait to see Sonny, Ellie again what are they 2?"

"Yes there 2 and they never shut up." She says with a chuckle "Jason is actually on his way with the twins."

"I can't wait." I say getting excited

I was snuggled into Jugheads side nearly falling asleep why he holds Ryden on his chest.When there was a nock on the door that jolts me awake.

"You ok babe?" Whispers into my ear

"Ye." I say kissing him

Then we're a ambushed by two screaming kids "Auntie Betty!" They shout

"Aw. That man has a baby Sonny.Look Sonny look." Ellie says getting excited and shaking Sonny.

"Yes Ellie I can see the man has a baby!" Sonny says sounding a little annoyed

"Hey Sonny and Ellie." I say standing up and hugging them both.

"Auntie Betty?" Ellie says

"Yes." I say

"Who is that man? And where baby come from?" Ellie says not 100% accurate with her words

I look back at Jughead who stands up holding Ryden "well this is Jughead. And the baby is Ryden mine and Jugheads baby."

"YEY! Auntie B had a baby!!" Ellie says

"Yes another boy! Can we play with him?" Sonny says

Jughead puts him down and he walks over to Sonny and Ellie and waves

Ellie grabs his hand and walks him over to one of the bags Jason carried in and picking it up and walking into one off the rooms with Sonny following and picking his bag up on the way.

"I think they like him." Jughead says pulling me into his chest.

"I think they do." I say with a giggle

I introduced Jughead to Jason and we tell him all about us and Jason tells us that he started his own construction business back in riverdale. My Mom and Dad go back to their hotel along with Polly Jason and the twins and Archie and Joaquin call it a night and go back to there apartment. JB decided she would stay at a hotel as well so me Jug and Ryden can have our house alone. We said she could stay but she said she was fine.Ryden was getting tired so me and Jug decided to go home. When we where there I changed Ryden and put him in his crib. And snuggle onto the couch with Jughead.

"I love you Betty."

"I love you too" I say kissing him and climbing onto his lap deepening the kiss. Then there was a loud bang I jump off of Jughead and there was another loud bang. They where gunshots.

Jughead stands up and grabs my hand and pulls me into Rydens room.

He pulls me into a long passionate kiss and breaks away and rests his forehead on mine . "Take Ryden into our room and hide. I will come back and get you or send someone to come and get you. I love you." He says picking up Ryden and kissing his head and whispers "I love you Ryden" I feel tears role down my cheeks.

Jughead pulls me into his embrace with Ryden. "Come back Jug. Please. We need you." I say crying

"Betts I'm not going anywhere.I promise I will come back. It won't take long."

He hands me Ryden and walks me to our room kisses me and Ryden then shuts the door and I hear him leaves. Ryden begins to cry so I sway with him until he stops crying and falls asleep. I walk out into the living room and lock the front door and go back into our bedroom and hide under the bed. The hole time I hear gunshots and shouting I keep Ryden close the whole time keeping him safe.

About a hour later I am awoken by a familiar voice shouting. I walk over to the window holding sleeping Ryden to my chest and look out. I see Jughead being held into a kneeling position by two men and Josh standing in front of him I open the window a bit so I can hear them.

"Bro did you think you can play house forever with your little slut and your mistake?" Josh says

"My son is not a mistake!"

"Sure he's not. What did you say when you found out Betty was pregnant? Let me think......that's right you called her a worthless one night stand."

"Who would you know!" He shouts why the men hold him in his knees on the floor

"I have my ways. So you knock up a girl the same way dad did? Nice your just like him Jug."

"I am not him! If anything you are more like him going with your gang over your own family!" Josh punch's Jughead across the face and kneels down in-front of him.

"The Ghoulies are my family. And what's your family? The bitch you knocked up by accident and your mistake? Great family Jug."

Jughead manages to push the men off of him and push Josh to the ground.

"Ryden is not a mistake!!! And Betty isn't some bitch!!! I love them and so what at least I have a real family." Then the men tackle him to the floor and Josh stands up.

"When will you learn Jug I'm older and more of a man then you." He pulls off his tshirt and revealed his tattoos that are exactly like Jugheads. "Pretty good right? I had them copied know I think I could pass of as you. Let's see how your bitch likes to be fucked by a real man."

"You sick basted! Leave her the fuck alone!"

"Take him to the basement." Then Jughead is dragged into the back of a car as he shouts "you touch her Josh and I will kill you! You hear me leave her and Ryden alone if you want to live!" Hes thrown in the back off the car.

In all the commotion i didn't notice Ryden had woken up and was watching everything then he says his first two words.

"My dada" an then he begins to cry and I cradle him and he begins I calm down. What am I going to do?
