Liz sat on the bed and started to read Jin's journal again.

< 18th day of January, 1868 >

I heard from my uncle that the feast will be on the 28th of this month. It was the day of Elizabeth and the moon's son's marriage. My heart is aching knowing how helpless I am. I wanna save her from the marriage she didn't want. But I am just a mere human being. If only I could ask help."

< 19th day of January, 1868 >

I saw soldiers having a patrol in the secluded village where I am longing for Elizabeth. I asked for their help and told everything about the cult I discovered. I am not a kid. I also do not look uninformed. Having good looks and proper education helped me a lot.

We plan to attack on the 28th. When the moon is full, blood will cover its reflection. I will save my Myeong Elizabeth. Not even the moon can stop me."

Liz:
"How did he manage to be alive in the year 2018? Did he drink a glass of water from the fountain of youth? Or did he become like Dracula? Did he sell his soul to the devil?"

She flipped another page and continued reading.

All I desire was to see her alive. To see her away from the dark forces who worship the moon. I heared from my uncle that Elizabeth is an offering to the moon. . In their belief for the moon to keep on shining, the moon worshippers would offer the young woman's blood and heart. A virgin and pure hearted, that's Myeong Elizabeth."

Liz immediately closed the journal and breathed heavily.

Liz:
"No way! Yes i am a virgin but nope i am far away from being the pure hearted type. I'm always on my cheat day. But maybe this Myeong Elizbeth is. What is she a saint? Okay, now her life is in danger. And Mr. Kim is - so in love with her."

She slowly scanned the pages and read the journal again.

< 27th of January, 1868 >

Tomorrow, blood will reflect on the full moon.

She heard loud knocks from the door. Of course it was from Kim Mariz. Ordering her to go out and have dinner.

She placed the journal on the bed and headed down to have dinner with Mr. Kim's sister by paper and her client, the moon's son.

She sat on the chair and stared at Kim Mariz who meant pure business with Mr. Kim. She had not recognize her though they were on the same boat before. Or could it be that the moon's son applied some magic to her so she'd forget. Liz wondered if the same thing happened to her.

Pretnding she didn't know the man joining them for dinner, she didn't bother to respond to his stares.

Kim Mariz:
"Mr. Kim Mingyu, this is my brother's fiancee, Shin Liz. She's here for a vacation in this wonderful mansion. She's not for sale, though. Haha!"

Liz closed her eyes from disbelief. She wanted to throw death glares to Kim Mariz but that would be very obvious.

Kim Mingyu:
"10 billion dollars. This mansion, the whole island and Miss Shin Liz. Is it a deal?"

Liz felt insulted. Way more insulted than the first time Mr. Kim Seokjin proved his wealth to her.

She isn't for sale!

Then all of a sudden, a flying fork hardly hit Kim Mingyu's forehead.

Kim Seokjin:
"No deal ~ "
