People's secrets are always in an obvious blind position, only being seen by those who know of it. Secrets can more than likely never stay hidden and lies always turn into truth no matter what the way is. If you're smart you can look back and already see what anybody else could easily be blind to.

But some people aren't meant to look through deep secrets. Some people scare way too fast.

'Fuck happened ta you ?!'

'I -' Zi paused and held her hand up to her mouth, tearing up and not being able to speak while Erin cleaned up the last scar she had right across her cheek.

I couldn't control myself. I was angry. I know what she was doing to me was wrong but nobody deserves this. Whatever this is.

'Talk !'

'Angelo .' Avery snapped at me, giving me a serious look. 'Chill.'

'I need to go-' Zi spoke, standing up but got cut off by Erin.

'You are not going anywhere. You're hurt and it's the middle of the night so unless you feel like you need to go to a hospital you should sit your ass down.' Erin snapped.

Zi slowly sat back down and I decided not to speak because I didn't know what to say.

'Can you tell us what happened to you ?' Avery asked her in a calm voice, sitting down on the stool beside her and facing her way.

'I can't tell you nun.' She mumbled, looking at Avery. 'But chu ain't safe.' She spoke, catching me off guard.

She stood up with no one stopping her this time and walked over to the exit of the kitchen.

'And you should really watch over your friends.' She said before leaving.

'What ?' I asked Avery, confused about all of that.

Avery had a distant look on his face and wasn't answering me. Out of nowhere he stood up and grabbed his phone. He searched through his phone for a little while before calling someone and putting the phone on speaker. He sat the phone down on the island and let it ring before whoever it was answered on the other end.

'Niya ? Niya it's me.'

'Avery.' I heard Niya cry on the other end of the phone. She sounded terrified and she was trying to be quiet. In the background there was a lot of banging and other loud noises that started to get me worried.

'Kenny's out there with him and I don't know what's happening, he told me to go hide a-and -' She cried all in one breath.

'We on our way.' Avery answered, rushing out of the kitchen and towards the front door with me and Erin behind him .

'Go to Nyier's house and lock all the doors.' Avery told Erin as he handed her a set of keys. 'Matter of fact nah, go to a hotel with her and the kids.'

Erin nodded without question and got in one of his cars, starting it and driving off.

He started to hop in his other car and I got in the passenger seat, pulling out my phone and calling Meech.

He answered on the first ring. 'Yea.' He grumbled.

'Get up and come to Niya and Kenny's house right now.'

Avery still had La'Niya on the phone and he was talking to her as best as he could.

'Ion know what's goin on.' Niya mumbled.
