'I know baby.' I was trying to make Angelo feel better but he wasn't budging. I saw that Erin calmed Meech down and got Avery and Kenny to come back downstairs which was more than what I could do at the moment. I give her props for that shit.

I was just running my fingers through his hair while he laid down on my lap and cried. Like he was literally crying actual man tears. He wasn't making any noise but you could tell by his face that he'd been crying. I'm used to the crying thing though because he doesn't really do it around anyone but me.

'I'm a fall asleep right here. ' I heard him grumble.

'You can't go to sleep bro, you gotta get up. All of the family is outside, you can talk to them, or you could get in the pool. You could eat, I made you a plate and I know you're hungry.'

Right after I said that Erin came in with a plate full of food. She bent down to Angelo's level and put a some macaroni and cheese on a fork and spoke. 'Open.' She told him and he did, taking the food into his mouth and chewing.

'It's good ?'

Of course it's good.

Dope nodded and sat up. Being given the plate of food he took no time into eating it up. 'You eat that and then tell us how you feel after.'

'Thank you.' I mouthed to her and she gave me a thumbs up.

'Nyier honey, Noel's crying a lot and she ate and I changed her so I don't know what's wrong. ' Momma came into the room the with a screaming Noel. I took her from out of her hands and started rocking her and talking.

'Whas wrong baby ? You tired ?' I cooed to her as if she could answer me and eventually she stopped crying and started grabbing on my face.

'Bah ..bee.'

'What chu tryna say to me ?' 

'You know something that we don't because I could've sworn y'all only had two kids.' Momma looked me up and down before pointing to Harmony who was asleep in a playpen.

I didn't tell them about Demetrius and how he fucked up and got another woman pregnant. I didn't say anything because that was his business and I don't like telling other people's business so that's something I kept quiet about. 'She's Meech's child.' I simply told her, not trying to start a whole conversation about it but I knew after saying that there would be questions.

'What chu mean "Meech's child" ?'

'What I said ma.' I sighed and got up with Noel in my arms to go back outside.

'Where ya brother go ?'

'He ducked off somewhere to call a female.' I answered, looking around to see that he was nowhere in sight.

'Okay so Avery are you going to explain to me why my baby girl has a huge diamond ring on her finger or do I have to keep guessing ?' Ms. Erica asked me with a raised eyebrow.

'I noticed that too but I was just waiting on this boy to say sum'n.' My momma smirked. 'Whas goin on Chandler ?'

'A'ight don't team up on me and shit .. I proposed. ' I told them and they both gasped but Erica's was way bigger and more dramatic.

'Swear !'

'I swear and she said yeah. I jus ain't feel like telling everybody right here cause it's too many vibes goin on and ion think it's a good time.' I nodded.
