The Guardians landed on Kosmo. It didn't seem as lively as it usually was, and that was a concern for Gwen.

"Damien," Gwen said, pulling her brother aside. "Is Kosmo ever this quiet?"

"It's never this quiet. Whatever this emergency is, it has our people frightened" Damien said. Meredith was being carried by Peter. This wasn't her first trip to Kosmo. She and her family always went there for holidays whether it be for Earth holidays like Christmas, or Kosmonian holidays like the Kosmonian Moon Festival.

"Mommy, daddy? Why are we here? Is it Christmas already?" Meredith asked.

"Not yet, sweetheart" Peter said.

"There's an emergency and we need to be here" Gwen said.

"Guardians, thank you for coming" Ophelia said. Her and Xavier stood holding hands, with the clairvoyant right behind them. "I'm sure as soon as you came, you notice that Kosmo seemed...different than usual. Quieter, if you would say"

"It was painfully obvious. Usually it's more of a party scene going on" Rocket commented.

"Yes, we are quite the celebratory people, even when there is nothing to celebrate" Xavier said.

"Then what's going on?" Lylla asked.

"Yeah, and who's the really old dude?" Rocket said. The clairvoyant stepped came into clearer view. He bowed to Gwen and Peter.

"Your Majesties, I am the Clairvoyant of Kosmo. I am the one who requested your presence today" he said.

"What's a clairvoyant?" Peter asked.

"I'm able to see into the future and sense when terrible tragedies have occurred. My Queen, back when you were born, I saw a vision. It was a prophecy"

"Prophecy?" Gwen said.

"Yes. The prophecy I saw stated that The Mad Titan would be on a quest to collect all six Infinity Stones. He intends to use them to wipe out half the universe. I saw a positive outcome and negative outcome. The negative outcome was that he succeeds in pursuing his goal. The positive outcome is that he was stopped"

"You mean Thanos?" Gamora said.

"Yes" the clairvoyant walled closer to Gamora and Nebula. "I sense that you two are his adopted daughters"

"That is true" Nebula said.

"This prophecy, in the positive outcome, who did you see stopping Thanos?" Gamora asked

"I saw the princess" the clairvoyant said.

"You mean me?" Gwen asked.

"No. I said I saw a princess. You are a Queen"

"Well it can't be Helena. Her title of princess was taken away when she was sent to prison"

"That is true as well. The princess I am talking about isn't you or your sister, it's—"

"Meredith" Peter said, putting the puzzle pieces together. Everyone looked at her, including Groot who tore his eyes away from his game. They all had the same look of confusion on their faces.

"Well, this is an interesting turn of events" Rocket said.
