"How dare you!?" Phantom said as she stood up. "Ah, Nebula. Quite the unpleasant surprise"

"Phantom. You'll always be the worst babysitter Gamora and I ever had" Nebula said.

"I've never liked you Nebula. You've always been a brat. Why couldn't you have been more like your sister?" Nebula bared her teeth and let out a scream before sheathing her weapons and charging at Phantom. She took a swing at Phantom but she disappeared in a cloud of dark smoke.

"Whoa, whoa. Where did she go?" Tony asked.

"That's one of her powers. She can teleport using dark clouds. She's also able to blend in with the shadows. Keep your eyes peeled" Nebula explained. Steve pressed a finger to the ear piece he had in.

"Nat, are you there?" he said.

"I'm here. Did you find them?" Natasha asked.

"Yes, they're safe. Let's get out of here fast. Phantom found us and there's no doubt she's getting the others for back up"

"Copy that"

"What are we gonna do about the chain on Meredith's ankle?" Gwen asked.

"I've got this" Nebula said. She crouched near the chain cuff. Using her cybernetic fingers, she unlocked it. "Zane was the one who created my cybernetic parts, and he also designed the anklet. That was a mistake on his part"

"Thanks Auntie Nebula" Meredith said.

"Like Rogers said, we should be going before Phantom and company comes back" Tony said. Everyone proceeded to exit the room, except for Gwen. She stared at the unconscious Kamomile. Thor noticed this and went over to her.

"Is something wrong?" he asked.

"I can't leave him here. Though he did kidnap me and Meredith, he did try to help us. He even changed into Peter for me, even if it was wrong of him to do so" Gwen said.

"Then let's help him" Thor picked up Kamomile. He draped him over his shoulders. "Let's go" Gwen followed closely behind Thor.

When they caught up with the others, they took note of Kamomile who was being carried by Thor.

"Why did you bring him with you?" Rocket asked.

"Isn't he the one who kidnaped you and Meredith in the first place?" Helena added.

"He didn't want to do it. He was trying to help me get Meredith back and escape before you guys arrived" Gwen said.

"He also did send us your location. Clearly he's on our side" Steve agreed.

"Nebula, what do you think? You obviously know Phantom and the others. What do you know about Kamomile?" Helena asked.

"I've never met Kamomile before. I never even knew about him until the day we arrived on Kosmo. He was kept secret from Gamora and I" Nebula said.  

"Uhh, Neb?" Kraglin's voice came through Nebula's earpiece.

"Kraglin? What's going on?"

"We've....company....help" Kraglin's voice was fading in and out of the earpiece before it emitted a loud screech in Nebula's ear. She winced as she quickly removed it.

"What happened?" Steve asked.

"That was Kraglin. Zane was manipulating the earpiece. Who went with Kraglin?" Nebula asked.

"Lylla, Xavier and Rhodey"

"I think Zane may have got to them. We need to find them and help them" As if that wasn't bad enough, a loud roar could be heard.

"What was that?" Rocket asked.

"That would be Brenna's pet dragon, Dovah. Wherever Dovah is, Brenna's not too far behind"

"Steve?" Natasha's voice spoke in his ear. "We have a bit of a problem. A big one that can breathe fire. We need back up"

"On it" Steve lost connection with Natasha. "Nat, Bruce, Okoye and Shuri got stuck with the dragon"

"Alright. New plan. Captain and metal man here will go deal with the dragon lady and her pet. Thor and I will go find Mr. Gadget and help the others. Nebula and Helena, you need to make sure that Gwen and Meredith get back to the ship" Rocket said.

"What about Kamomile?" Gwen asked.

"I could care less about what happens to him. Thor, drop him" Thor let go of him and Kamomile landed on the ground with a thud. "I meant put him down gently but that works too"

"Let's not waste anymore time" Steve said. Everyone agreed with him and split of into their respective pairs. Gwen picked up Meredith.

"What do we do about him?" Nebula asked, pointing to Kamomile.

"I wish Mantis was here. She could wake him up" Gwen said.

"I'll get him" Helena said. She picked him up, and was surprised at how light he was. "Alright. Nebula, walk in front of Gwen and Meredith, and I'll walk behind them"

"Let's move before Phantom returns" Nebula said. About five steps later, a dark cloud appeared out of nowhere. It swallowed Meredith before disappearing.

"No!" Gwen cried.

"Where did Meredith go?" Helena asked.

"Phantom took her" Nebula said.

"Where!? Where did she take my baby!? I need to get her back before Phantom takes her to Thanos" Gwen said.

"I might be of assistance there" Kamomile spoke. He had regained consciousness. "Please, put me down and I can help you"

"Gwen, I still don't trust him. Should we let him help?" Helena asked.

"Yes" Gwen said. Helena let go of Kamomile. "Where did she take Meredith?"

"To the cargo bay. She's going to take Meredith to Thanos. She's going to contact him and then she'll be leaving"

"Then we need to stop her"

"Gwen, Phantom is very powerful. Almost as powerful as Thanos. There's no way the four of us can stop her" Nebula said

"What about the others? That'll make sixteen against one" Helena said

"They're busy with Zane, Brenna and a dragon"

"I wish Peter, Gamora, Drax, Groot, Mantis and Damien were here. I even miss Quentin oddly enough" Gwen said. Kamomile thought for a moment before an idea popped into his head.

"You will need to give me some space" Kamomile said. Gwen, Nebula and Helena spread out. It turns out that not only can Kamomile shape shift, but he can also multiply himself. He made five copies of himself and they each changed into a Guardian. They got every detail right including the clothes and weapons.

"So, how do we look?" Peter said. Gwen smiled and reached out to caress his face.

"Wonderful" she said.

"Wait, so if you can multiply yourself and shift into someone else, why not make multiple Phantoms or Thanoses'?" Helena asked.

"Thanos is aware of my abilities" Gamora spoke this time. "He put limitations on my powers. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't turn into Thanos or any remotely as powerful as he is. That includes Phantom or any other of his cronies"

"As much as I'd love to discuss our powers, we have friends that need help and a little girl that needs saving" Gwen said.
