Chapter 6: Not again...

I wake up to soft breathing on my neck. "Morning Princess!" Mononeko says. "AHHHH!" I fall off my bed in panic. "Scared ya!" He laughs. "Haha..." I laugh sarcastically. "Thought I'd give you all extra time to sleep today! It's about time I go announce the wake up right?" He says. I nod and he vanishes. I change into my normal clothes when Mononeko makes the announcement. I walk out if my room to see five other walk out if their rooms. I get to the dining hall and sit alone, waiting for the others. I rub my head, that now hurts, from falling off the bed. "So guys... What are we going to do today?" Wild asks. "I'm going to work on cosplays in the sewing room if you need me... I probably will skip out on dinner. See you guys later." Athena says standing up and leaving. We all look at each other and back to where Athena once was. "Okay... I'm going to go take a bath then go to the library... Anyone want to join?" I say. "I want to!" Mango says. "Me too." Simple says. "As do I." Xeo says. We stand up, exiting the dining hall and begin sprinting toward the bath house. I open the door and close the window blind so no one can look in. I pull the locker key from my pocket and open it. I pull out the laptop and open it "Ms. Lily!" Hope says turning on.

"Did you find anything?" I type. "Well..." A picture appears on screen. It's a drawing. It has Swift, Raptor, Cheesy, Simple, Stiffy, and two other people. The words ##WAFFLECEPTION are written above them. I look at Simple as Hope begins speaking. "I found it in a file stored on this laptop. It was deleted but I recovered it. I'm not sure who drew it..." Hope says appearing on screen. "Mr.Simple? Do you know where this is from?" She asks. He shakes his head. He looks absolutely confused. "Anything else?" I type. "Oh yes! I found out this school was built right after a high school called Hope's Peak Academy was closed down... This school was shut down for unknown reasons..." Hope says floating on screen. "Shut down...?" Xeo says. "But why?" Mango says. "This is insane..." Simple holds his head. "Alright Hope. Thank you. Try to find out more for us okay...? Do you your best." I type quickly.

Hope smiles and floats up to the screen. "Okay! Thank you Ms. Lily!" Hope goes into sleep mode once more. I put the laptop back in the locker, closing it and locking it. "Library time?" I ask. They all nod as we exit.

I open the door, turn on the switch for the lights to flicker on. I walk over to the Manga section looking for something to read. I pull a Bakuman book from the shelf and look at the others. Xeo seems to be reading an Assassin's Creed novel, Simple reading a comic book, and Mango reading Attack on Titan. I sit with them and begin reading Bakuman. I look over at Simple every so often to see if he's alright. Sometimes he'll put down his book and go into deep thought. He's trying to remember the drawing and where it's from. I sigh, closing my Manga.

"Simple."

He quickly sans out of it and looks at me. "Simple... I know you're thinking about the picture." I say. He frowns a little. "Listen. If we think about it to hard.. We'll want to know more. And what'll happen is we'll fall into Mononeko's trap. He wants to see us in despair. He wants us confused and depressed. We can't let stuff get to us." I say. Mango and Xeo look up from their books. "If we fall for despair we're all playing Mononeko's little game. Now stop thinking about it." I finish. "Lily..." Simple begins. My hair covers my face. "You don't want to see anyone die again... Do you?" Mango says. I feel tears fall down my cheeks. "Lily..." Xeo puts his hand on my shoulder. "Look at us." He says. I move my hair at of my face. "We're not going to fall to despair. No one is." Mango says. Simple nods. "Declan did! Rous is dead because Declan fell to despair!" I yell as I cry more. "He didn't have hope." Mango says. I look up at her. "He didn't have enough hope that we would find a way out or we wouldn't kill each other." Mango says. I wipe tears away. "We need to have Hope." Mango says. I slowly nod and they smile. " Now come on let's go for a swim." Simple jumps up.

They drag me to the pool and we see Swift, Anna, and Cheesy there. "You guys came to swim?" Anna says. "Yeah!" Mango smiles. "Well come on!" Cheesy laughs dragging the girls into the girls locker room. We all change and I look at myself in the swimsuit. "I always feel weird in this..." I say walking out. "Don't feel so weird! You're fine in it!" Swift says running and jumping in the pool. The other girls follow. Simple and Xeo jump in laughing. I sigh, a smile forming on my face as I jump in.

 We get to the dining hall later and everyone is eating. We sit down and everyone looks at us. "Went swimming I see." Ender says. We nod and we notice Athena isn't here. "She did say she was going to skip dinner." Raptor says. "Yeah. She really loves cosplay." We all sigh.  "Do you guys wanna go take a bath later?" Stiffy asks. We all nod and smile. "I love baths!" I smile. We need to play along. "I'll ask Athena after dinner." I say. "Hey guys I have a question..." Simple begins. We look at him. "Anyone ship EndertheAssassin?" He asks. "EHHHHH?!" Xeo and Ender scream. "I do!" I begin laughing and raising my hand. Everyone but Ender and Xeo joins in. "Not cool." Ender crosses her arms. "Why us!" Xeo whines. We all laugh and they sigh. "Okay I know I ship Lily with-" Simple begins. "Me!" Mononeko wraps his arms around my waist from behind. My face turns bright red as I try to get free. "Come on stop resisiting!" He laughs. Everyone laughs like it's normal. "Thanks you guys!" I blush. Mononeko purrs in happiness. "You're so cute Princess!" He kisses my cheek causing me to flush. Everyone laughs harder and I hear a few awwwws. I flail around trying to get out of his grasp. "Okay Princess..." He puts me down. "Okay I'm going to see if Athena is joining us in a bath..." I say stomping off.

 I walk up to the sewing room. The door is closed and the lights are off. The whole room is pitch black. "I don't like this..." I open the door and turn on the lights. I turn my head gasping.
