Cami's POV

Were kj and I moving too fast? I mean we kind of sort of made out. 2 weeks after I had broken up with Ian. Did I feel remorse for my actions with kj? Hell no.

In fact, that was the best makeout session I've had in awhile. Ian was average compared to kj. Was I supposed to feel bad? Because I didn't.

I hated the fact that I had to leave because all I wanted was to stay with kj. It was getting late and I didn't want it to seem as if I was inviting myself to stay the night, even if I wanted to.

"So, it was nice seeing you again," Kj said blushing. He was so cute. I blushed too remembering of what had happened between us earlier. "Yea, maybe we could hang out again? When are you free again?" Cami my gosh! KJ's gonna think- I was interrupted in my thoughts by kJ's voice. "Uh tomorrow actually." Kj looked at me. "It's settled then. Tomorrow we'll think of a place to go, right now I need to head home but I had the best time with you kj" I said. "Me too, as much as I don't want you to go you need some rest, bye cami" Kj said as he closed the door and I started to walk away waving my hand. He gave me one last smile before I turned the corner. Once he was out of sight I let out a huge breath. My stomach tingled. My dorky self smiled to myself excited about tomorrow.

I arrived home, went through my night routine and thought one last time about today.

"I could get used to today"

I grinned my happiest grin and fell asleep soundly.

The next morning

I awoke to text messages on my phone.

Hey Cami you still up for today? Good morning btw 😊

Yes I did kj thanks, and of course.

Good, because I have everything planned out already

I couldn't help but smile. He really took the time to plan everything out, he cared.

I also couldn't help but think how much this sounded like a date.

My heart fluttered like crazy. Kj was being so flirty. He sent me heart emojis and seemed like he was planning a date. Wait, I sound like middle school girl talking about her crush. Wow cams.

I set my phone down and did my chores and other boring stuff that needed to be done. I checked the time and started getting ready. Once I was out of the shower I changed and did my makeup and hair. To be honest I looked pretty great. I made myself look extra special for kj. There we go with the middle school girl comments.

I looked at myself one last time before texting kj that I was ready.

A few moments later

I heard kj knock on the door. I went to open it before breathing a deep sigh. "Hey kj" I said eyeing him up and down, in other words checking him out. He looked so hot I couldn't help it. "Hey cami, you look gorgeous" he said as he blushed. "Thanks" is all I could manage to say. "So where are we going?" I asked as we headed to kJ's car. "Somewhere, you'll see" he said bluntly. The whole car ride, kj and I sang to songs and laughed.

"SO IF IIIIIII GOTTA CHOOSE SOMEONE SAID IT MUST BE HER SHE BEEN HERE SINCE DAY ONE"

"I GUESS IMMA HAVE TO CALL HER BACK I GUESS SHE GON HAVE TO SCREAM MY NAME" kj and I sang loudly. (Song- G.O.A.T)

He sang the song as if he was referring to me.

Finally we were at our destination. A theme park. Kj knew me so well, I loved riding all the rides screaming loudly as I was scared and happy at the same time. "Which one first? That one! No that one looks scarier!" I shouted not knowing how excited I surely sounded. "Cami we have all day to ride them!" Kj assured me. I giggled as kj grabbed my waist pulling me closer. I almost felt as if he was going to kiss me.

We spent the whole day going on all of the rides like kj promised me.

"I think you've had enough, let's go" Kj said grabbing my hand.

As we rode home, he passed my house and was actually going further away from it. "Kage uhh my house is back there?" "I know" Kj said as if he didn't care. "And what's with that?" Kj asked. "What do you mean?" "That nickname" "oh" I said understanding. "That's my nickname for you" "Well if you get a nickname for me I surely get one for you" Kj said laughing. He thought for a moment. "I know. Mila" I starred at him. "I love it."

Once kj told me where we were going , a restaurant, I was happy because I was seriously hungry. We arrived at this really nice restaurant. "Kage, you should have stopped at my house I look like a mess at a really nice place, I don't fit in." I said looking at him. "You look amazing mila you always do." He blushed. I blushed too. We sat at our table and ordered our food. "Hey kage I'll be right back I'm gonna go and try to fix myself so I'll look decent" I told him. "Ok but hurry" he said smiling. I smiled back as I walked to the bathroom.

I went to the bathroom and fixed myself up like I said. I hurried to go back with kj, after making myself look better.

When I headed back to the table where kage was at, he wasn't alone. In fact he was with another girl, and they were smiling and laughing obviously forgetting about me. "Hey kage I'm back" I said trying to get both of their attention. "Hey mila, this is an old friend of mine, we were just catching up" Kj informed me. The unknown girl in front of me starred and smiled slightly at me like she didn't give a damn in the world who I was. She was in my seat and didn't get up until she said goodbye to kage, which angered me. She waved at him. "Bye kj see you soon maybe?" Said the girl longingly as if she was asking him to ask her out. "Maybe" Kj said bluntly. "I'll text you when I'm free" the girl said as she walked off whipping her hair and slightly sticking up her butt for kj. Who does she think she is? A queen? "Well she seemed nice, seems like she really liked this seat" I said annoyed still by her. "Huh I guess" Kj said as he chuckled. "You never told me her name?" I said obviously asking for her name. "Emily." Kj said as he saw the waiter coming with our food. We waited until she left. "Anyways, on to more important things" I said trying to forget she was here. He looked at me like he knew I was jealous. Hold up. I was not jealous, right? I should not be jealous of her, kage and I aren't dating. He looked back down at his food. The rest of the time we spent laughing and telling stories of each other. Who cares if kj had old friends, which he had the right to talk to.

We said our goodbyes instantly missing each other.

This was a heck of a day, but I was happy, with kage.

Of course I was happy with him, anyone could be just by looking at him.

As I drifted off to sleep, I thought about one last thing. I never want to see that Emily
girl again.

But little did Camila know, it was certainly not the last time Emily would make an appearance.
