Debut Stage

(MNet, Jaeyeon POV)

I'm so happy Minjae and I forgave each other. We did great throughout the rest of training and got to debut a week earlier than the original date. Since Project JYP was dedicated to both groups, we're debuting on the same day, doing our debut songs separately, and then do a song we recorded together on stage.

MNet was so nice to let JYP do the entire show for us today so he can tell the world the results of the show, everyone's position, the leaders, and who won the best twin contest. All of us get on stage as we wait see JYP.

He tells the audience, "Ladies and gentlemen. I am excited to see you all here today. This episode of MNet Countdown is different because we're debuting both a boy and girl group from JYP Entertainment. Street Boyz and (Let Our Voices Emerge) L.O.V.E. 9. We're now going to introduce each member.

"Lee Jinseok; lead vocalist, dancer. Arian Eunhyuk Park; main rapper, lead dancer, vocalist. Adam Mingyu Jung-Wu; main vocalist, dancer. T.J., Maxwell Tae-Joo Yoo; rapper, lead dancer. Choi Bong-Un; vocalist. Min Kwang-soo; lead vocalist. Kouta Hiigari; vocalist, lead rapper. Kim Hyun-Joon; vocalist.

"Nam Chae-Lee; lead dancer, main vocalist. Kim Mihyung; main rapper, dancer. Jewel Heejin Shim; lead vocalist. Natty, Nataya Anuwat; dancer, lead rapper, vocalist. Luna Chia-Ling Chou; vocalist. Park Seoyeon; lead dancer, vocalist. Bre Haru Arakawa; dancer, vocalist. Oh Young-Ki; rapper, vocalist."

Minjae and I were confused as to why our names weren't called out as the audience applaud us. Then JYP has us step forward together on the stage next to him. He says, "Ladies and gentlemen, may present to you, Street Boyz leader, main dancer, and lead vocalist, Im Minjae, and L.O.V.E. 9's leader, main dancer, and lead vocalist, Im Jaeyeon!"

(Minjae POV)

The audience continues cheering for us as Jaeyeon and I look at each other and then to the audience in surprise. We're the leaders of our groups, just like Appa is for Got7. "Now with that out of the way, I have the results for the best twin contest," JYP says, opening the envelope. Jaeyeon and I didn't care about the contest. To be honest, it was never important to us anyways.

JYP looks at the envelope in surprise, saying, "I guess they both tie, as it states here, 'Jaeyeon and Minjae are a team. Since they're both equally talented and are kind, generous, and cooperative, they deserve the title of being the Best Twins.' Looks like the audience spoke. The Im Twins truly are the best team of twins in the Kpop industry. Let's give them a round of applause!"

To see the audience cheer for us and recognize us as the leaders of two new groups and a great team, that was special for me and my sister. This is only the beginning for us. It went into commercial break so our groups can get ready for our performances. My group was up first with "One Shot".

(Eunhyuk POV)

After our performance was done, we left the stage so the girls can get ready to perform their debut single "Magic". I saw them as they perform the song, and the audience loves the performance. It's amazing that our groups made debut the same day. When the girls got finished, they stayed on stage so that during the commercial break, the boys and I can get into position to perform a duet with them.

This song was titled "New Life" which will be featured on both Street Boyz and L.O.V.E. 9's debut albums. Mihyung, T.J., and I did a rap part together after Minjae and Jaeyeon sing the intro. Then Jewel and Adam did a vocal part together before Bre, Jinseok, and Chae-Lee started singing the chorus.

Young-Ki, Natty, and Kouta took over the next set of rap lines before Jaeyeon and Minjae started singing the part for the chorus. Seoyeon, Luna, Hyun-Joon, and Bong-Un were singing the chorus this time. Then, Jaeyeon, Minjae, Chae-Lee, T.J. and I started doing a dance during the music break. I started rapping as we continued dancing while the others join in to dance.

Mihyung has us move out of the way as she starts dancing with Seoyeon, Natty, Adam, and Jinseok while she does her rap part. Then Jaeyeon, Minjae, and Jinseok start singing the chorus. We soon had another music break where Jaeyeon and Minjae had their duet dance dance, and then we joined in. Towards the end of the music, we all got into position as we posed for the audience.

They started cheering for us. When we went back to our dressing rooms, I stopped Jaeyeon in the hallway. She says, "Oppa? What are you-?" But I interrupted her with a kiss on the lips. Jaeyeon smiles in the kiss and starts kissing me back. "I love you Im Jaeyeon," I said to her. She says, "I love you too Park Eunhyuk."

We smiled and then saw Adam and Jewel kiss. Looks like love is in the air tonight. Jaeyeon grabs my face and kisses me again. As if this day could get any better for us! I'm so happy we made debut and I'm finally with the girl of my dreams.

(JYP Entertainment, Minjae POV)

After we watched our music videos at the dorm, Street Boyz and L.O.V.E. 9 are filming the dance practices for our debut songs, and our duet song. Su-Hee was filming our practices. She shows us the videos, and we gave them to JYP so we can upload them on our VApp channels. I was the last one in the room because I was packing my things.

Su-Hee was there too. She walks up to Mee and says, "I'm happy for you that you made debut Minjae Oppa. You and your sister. No matter what, I'll be cheering you on as you launch your career and-." I interrupted her so I could kiss her. I've waited so long to finally do this. To finally show Su-Hee how I really feel about her.

"I'm happy to hear that," I said. Su-Hee asks, "You still care about me Oppa?" "Of course I still care," I said, "I wanted to make sure I don't hurt you. That's why I waited. But now that everything is taken care of, and there's no more boundaries, I want to take it to the next level. Would you be with me Su-Hee."

She puts her hand over her mouth and asks, "Oppa? Are you sure?" I only nodded my head. Hugging me, Su-Hee says, "Yes Oppa! I'm so happy! I love you so much Minjae Oppa!" "I love you too," I said, and we shared another kiss. I can't wait to kiss her again when we film Dance Craze together some more. I made debut, and I'm with the girl I'm in love with. What a great day it is today!
