♡Chapter 1♡

The letter

Y/n POV

I woke up from the sound of somebody squealing, i look over my shoulder to see my mum jumping around my bedroom like a teenage girl who just got a chance to see Cole Sprouse, his a muggle boy that every muggle likes i scoff inwardly. I place my soft pillows over my ears blocking the annoying sound coming out of my mum's mouth. "Oh y/n You just got your hogwarts letter see!" She said excitedly, i gasp in excitement hearing that i finally got my letter! I take the old fashioned envelope and opened it without ruining the beautiful seal.

Dear Miss Slitherin,

We're pleased to say that you have been accepted on attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.

The term commences on first of September. We await for your owl no later than Thirty-first of July.

I scream as i finished reading my letter which earned my dad a frightened entrance to my bedroom, "I have my wand where's the danger?" Asked my alarmed dad, "Darling the only danger we need protecting from is you pointing your wand at us!" Exclaimed mum. My dad put his wand down and joined me and my mum looking at my letter in bewilderment.

"Oh y/n we should owl back! Darling get a quill and paper! Quick! Oh im soo excited for this!" Shierked mum.

Dear Headmistress,

We are informing you that Y/n is attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and wizardry thank you for the letter.

Mr and Mrs Slitherin and also Y/n Slitherin.

We finish up the letter and gave it to our family owl Popple. All three of us head down towards the dining to eat breakfast, our house elves, Gor and Honey serve us our breakfast, I thank them for it.

I was about to put the food in my mouth when it is stolen away from me none other than my very own brother. "Jack! That was mine!" I complained, "Oh... was it?" He asks with a smirk plastered on his face.

"Oh Jack, your sister just got her Hogwarts letter aren't you excited for her." Mentioned dad, "yeah can't wait for it... i actually have something to show y/n at Hogwarts... dont worry it won't harm her." Stated jack whilst looking at dad intently.

We continue to eat our breakfast quietly, enjoying the comfortable silence until mum ruins it. "Oh i remembered Molly's youngest son, Ron is attending Hogwarts this year too!" Mentioned mum, "Ah yes, also Lucious' son, Draco is attending this year" Noted dad.

Our family is friends with the Weasley's and Malfoys... yes i know We're a Slitherin, so why befriend the Weasley's. Well Mum was a Hufflepuff when she went to Hogwarts and she was friends with Mrs Weasley. And dad was obviously friends with the malfoys so yeah. My dad got along with Mrs and Mr Weasley because during the second wizarding war He who shall not be named was taking in control but since he is a half blood and my dad was an heir but also a 'pureblood' he had more power than him .

He asked my dad to join him but he refused because at that time my mum was going to labour in like one or two weeks time. Since dad didn't join him he threatened my dad about killing my mum and me... and that nearly happened.

Flashback
Mum's POV

I grabbed my wand ready to say the unforgivable spell, "tsk, tsk, tsk... i see how d/n fell pathetically  inlove with you. Just another weak witch" taunted Voldemort. "Im not weak! But im sure as azkaban that you will fall by the hands of a small child!"  I declared, which earned me and my child an unforgivable curse. "Crucio!" Uttered Voldermort, i scream in pain as i tried to stay alive for my child.

Soon a figure came in the room which they fired spell i can't hear properly... it was Molly and Arthur. Soon all the shouting stopped and was replaced by Molly's voice, "m/n stay awake ok?! You need to stay alive for your child and your son Jack" declared Molly.

I was brought back. I was hugging my husband as he thanks Molly and Arthur for saving my child and I from dying.

End of flash back

Y/n POV

"Y/n. Y/n. Y/n! Goodness child did you hear what i said?" Asked mum, "um... sorry mum i didn't." I stated, " well I'll repeat it, tomorrow we will have to go to Diagon alley to get yours and your brothers books ok." Noted mum, i nod in response excited for tomorrow as for it is only morning today I'll just write to my two best friends -right now- Ron Fred, George and Draco.
