Sick (Y/N)!

(Y/N)'s Pov

I woke up to the sound of my alarm playing the (F/A/O) opening. I turned it off after about 10 seconds of listening to it.

"Ugh" I groaned. I shook my covers off to get up.

"Holy crap! It's so cold!" I yell, pulling the covers back over.

'That's weird' I thought. 'My upper body and my head are so hot, but my lower body is freezing!'

I tried to sit up but my back was in so much pain.

'Did something happen to me last night?' I ask myself, sitting up very slowly with my hand to my back.

I held my head with my other hand. Goodness, I felt so dizzy!

'Did I have a hangover?' I ask.

No, that was impossible! I don't drink! Everyone knows that!

I looked at my alarm clock.

"Wait! I'm late!" I yell. I quickly kicked my covers off, not even caring if my lower body was freezing. I got up as fast as I could, holding my back. I couldn't stand up straight though, since it hurt so much.

But as soon as I stood up, my legs just lost it! They were so wobbly and felt like jelly! I tried to walk, but ended up falling over onto my face.

"OUCH!!" I yell into the floor.

I got onto my hands and knees and before I knew it, I was sick on my floor.

"Oh god!" I said, coughing and sniffing cause my nose seemed to be running too.

I was too weak to do anything. I couldn't call anyone saying how sick I was, so I just fell down, (not on the sick though!), and just lay there.

A hot and cold, sniffing, coughing, sick mess is what I described myself as.

L's Pov

"I wonder what's taking (Y/N) so long!" Matsuda said, sighing.

"Maybe she overslept. That girl hardly gets any sleep as it is", Aizawa said.

"No, that's not like (Y/N)" I said. "She's never late."

"What do you think could be keeping her then?" Light asked me and folded his arms. "I mean, it's not like (Y/N) to miss work."

"You're being too hard on her everyone!" Misa shouted. "(Y/N)'s a girl and deserves to have some time on her own and not be surrounded by boys all the time!" She giggled that last part.

"Yeah! Misa Misa's right!" Matsuda says, trying to sound smart.

I put my thumb to my lip.

There was a moment of silence.

"I didn't want to have to do this, but switch the cameras over to (Y/N)'s room!" I shout.

The cameras were soon changed and all our eyes widened.

(Y/N) was lying on the floor on her stomach.

"Oh god! (Y/N) doesn't look so good!" Misa yelled.

"She looks cold!" Aizawa said.

"But if you zoom in, you can see her face is red. She looks hot!" Light pointed at the camera.

I got up.

"I'm going to check on (Y/N), and get the sickness cleaned up!" I said as I ran up the stairs to her room.

As I got to her room, I slowly opened her door. I didn't want to rush in, just in case I frightened her and she throws up again.

I saw her slowly lift her head off the ground. Thank goodness. I thought she might have passed out. That wouldn't be good for us.

"R-Ryuzaki..." she said.

She sounded awful! I went to her bathroom, (Yes, (Y/N) has a bathroom in her room), and got a wet sponge and started cleaning up the sick on the floor. I didn't want her to slip on it when I help her up.

Once I finished that, I came to (Y/N)'s side and put one of her arms over my shoulders and helped her up. Her legs were trembling. This wasn't good.

She looked up to face me. Her face was red, but the rest of her body was really pale.

"Th-Thank you" she stammered.
She gave me a weak smile before coughing.

"It's not a problem" I reply, sitting her on her bed and lying her down.

"I'll tell the other's that you can't work today because of the condition you're in" I tell her, making my way to the door.

"Wait!" She croaked.

"What is it?" I turned my head around to look at her.

(Y/N)'s Pov

Why did I stop him? I didn't really have a reason, but I didn't want L to leave, so I just made something up:

"Can you stay with me please?"

L turned his whole body around to face me.

"I have to get back to work" he said.

"But what if I'm sick again?! I panic when I'm sick cause I don't know what to do!" I say.

"Hmm, you have a point there" L said, putting his thumb to his lip.
"Alright then (Y/N), I guess I could stay with you."
He walked over and sat down next to me.

"And...um...can I...cuddle into you?" I ask. He looked at me like I had spoken a load of gibberish!

"I'm sorry?" He looked so innocent!

"I'm just really cold, and you're warm!" I say coming closer to him. He tensed up a bit.

"Can't you just use your covers?" L asked me.

"But they're too warm! You're just the right temperature for me to rest on!" I say, blushing a little.

I saw L flinch and blush spread across his cheeks. He looked so adorable.

"Oh, you don't wanna catch my sickness bug, don't you?" I say looking upset.

I was about to turn around, when I felt L put his arms around me and pull me to his chest. I was quite surprised but quickly wrapped my arms around him, snuggling into his chest.

"I don't care about my health at the moment" L said. "You're sick, so I'll do what I can to make you feel better. And this is making you feel better, right?"

I giggled and nodded, before turning my head away and coughed.

"That's good then" L said, blushing a little more. "Now, you should rest because you are ill."

I nodded again and snuggled into him again.

"Get well soon (Y/N)" L said, stroking my hair.
