Shopping!

(Y/N)'s Pov

"Come on Ryuzaki!!" I drag L into the next clothes store.

"(Y/N), we've been to five clothes stores already. Can't we go somewhere for food?" The detective asked. He obviously wasn't enjoying this. He really needed to get out more!

"No! Not until I get the new shirt I saw on sale two days ago!" I race into the shop, dragging L by the sleeve as I run upstairs, in search for the shirt.

I hear L sigh behind me, but I didn't care! I finally find the shirt I'm looking for, but next to it, I spot a beautiful (F/C) shirt!

It was such a nice colour! I had to have it!!

But...I want the other shirt too!

Dammit!

"Ryuzaki? What shirt should I buy?" I ask holding up both shirts.

L sighed. "I don't care. Whichever one you want".

"But...I like them both!!"

"Buy both of them then!"

"Well...okay!"

L's Pov

'Why are girls like this?!' I thought to myself.

Sometimes I don't understand what happened for me and (Y/N) to get together, because I hate going shopping with her!

(Y/N)'s Pov

I decided to buy both the shirts. I had enough money on me.

L and I then left the store, where I was then nagged at by him.

"Now can we grab a bite to eat?"

"I have another store I want to go to!" I reply.

L sighs really loudly as I drag him down the streets to the next store.

It was an anime store!

"Oh. I thought it was another clothes store", L sighed a sigh of relief.

"I sure fooled you!" I laugh, dragging him into the store. L just looked around as I dug deep for things to buy.

I took my purse out and saw how much money I had left.

'Crap! I only have enough money for one thing!' I thought to myself.

This sucked! I wanted to buy everything!

I looked around for something that really caught my eye.

I soon spotted something...

An L plushie!

I wanted it!

I race over to the plushie and grab it.

"What are you buying now?" L asked me, looking quite annoyed.

"This cute little thing!" I giggle, holding up the plushie to him.

I saw L then tense up and his cheeks go slightly red at the sight of the plushie of him. He turned away, causing me to giggle at his cute face.

"You...want to buy...a plushie of...me?"
L stammered.

"I might get lonely when you go to work and leave me in the house!" I say and stuck out my bottom lip.

I see L's cheeks go darker at my comment. He covered his face with his hand. I giggle and then go to buy the plushie.

As we leave the store, I finally say to L the words he's been longing to hear:

"Let's grab a bite to eat now".

L's still embarrassed face, soon lit up.

"Finally!" He shouts.

"Come on! I'll take you to a bakers and we can get some cake!" I say.

L couldn't have looked happier if he tried! I loved seeing that side of him!

"But you have to pay! I'm pretty broke right now", I laugh nervously.

Yeah, L's face wasn't so happy after hearing those words though.

L's Pov

'You see what I mean? How did I fall for this girl?' I thought and sighed.
