Wow. What a way to start my Oplan: Finding Calypso.

First, nasampal ako ni Michelle because when I was making out with her, I unkowingly said Calypso's name. Second, now that I'm on my way to the palengke and find Mang Raul's daughter, na-flatan naman ako ng gulong. Wala pa naman akong dalang extrang gulong.

Fuck.

Sa dinami rami ng oras na pwede akong ma-flatan ngayon pa, tangina. I tried searching for a talyer nearby pero wala. So what I did is that I called one of my assistant, Jervy, at sinabi kong magpadala ng mag aayos ng kotse ko. I texted him the exact place kung nasaan ang kotse ko at iniwan ko na lang ito doon.

I was so pissed kaya ang ginawa ko ay pumunta na lang ako sa pinaka malapit na coffee shop. I know ito yung coffee shop na pinuntahan namin nun ni Calypso. 14 years na ang lumipas kaya alam ko na hindi na nila ako matatandaan dito kung sakaling mag tatanong man ako. I just ordered my favorite drink since I was a student.

One coffee with three shots of espresso and hazel nut syrup. Ito palagi ang inoorder ko when I was still at Law School dahil kapag ininom mo itong kapeng to, hindi ka talaga makakatulog.

And I don't have any plan of sleeping tonight because I need to find where Calypso is.

Pinili kong maupo sa tabi ng glass wall ng coffee shop. While I was waiting for my order, I am looking outside, wondering...

Saan ko kaya sya mahahanap?

Paano ko kaya sya mahahanap?

Then there's something na naalala ko...

"You are my serendipity." Serendipity. I am his serendipity. It means the luck that takes the form of finding valuable or pleasant things that are not looked for.

So kung ako ang Serendipity nya, ibig sabihin, hindi nya ako hinanap pero natagpuan nya ako. Baka ganun din dapat ako sakanya. Baka dapat hindi ko sya hinahanap dahil kusa naman syang mag papakita.

Na kusa syang ilalabas ng tadhana.

Baka kaylangan mag-intay lang ako. O baka naman dapat tumambay lang ako dito sa coffee shop dahil baka may chance na bumili sya ng kape. Baka kaylangan kong pumunta ng bar mamaya kase baka nandun sya, nag-iinom. Baka sa bookstore sya nakatambay at nag babasa ng libro.
Baka kaylangan ko lang talagang intayin na ipakita ulit sya ng tadhana sakin.

Sinubukan kong pumunta ng palengke at hanapin ang anak ni Mang Raul pero sa sobrang daming tao, hindi na ako nag tangka pang pumasok. Half of me is saying na I need to go and find Mang Raul's daughter, pero half of me is saying the word 'Serendipity'. Parang sinasabi sa akin ng kalahati ng utak ko na huwag ko na lang syang hanapin dahil kusa naman syang lalabas at magpapakita sa akin.

Hindi na ako tumuloy at dumiretso na lang sa bar na pinuntahan namin ni Calypso. Marami na rin ang nag bago sa bar na ito. Mas malaki na, mas maluwag, at mas maganda na ang interior. May mga paintings din sa mga pader na araw at buwan. Bigla ko naman naalala si Calypso. That guy and his tattoos.

Naalala ko tuloy nung tinanong ko kung anong ibig sabihin ng mga tattoo nya, nung inexplain nya sakin, sabi ko di ko gets tapos nagalit sya sakin. God, how adorable he is. I miss him so much.

Fuck, Calypso. Nasaan ka ba kase?

I am in the middle of reminiscing our memories together when suddenly, someone call my name.

"Atty. Kael?" The guy said. When I turned my way to him, I saw a familiar face.

"Oh, Justin! What's up?" I ask him and we shared a man hug. Justin is my reliable investigator. Sa tuwing meron akong mga hinahawakang kaso na kaylangan ko ng mga evidence, I just call him and he does the job.

Justin is one of the best investigator in the country. Just give him the name, give him a few minutes, agad nya na itong nahahanap. Ganun sya kagaling.

"I'm good. How are you?" Umupo naman ito sa tabi ko.

Nandito kami ngayon nakapwesto sa medyo gilid na part ng bar dahil ayokong makisalamuha sa mga tao. Girls keep on looking at me as if they're telling me through their eyes that they want to get inside my pants.

"Actually, I'm not good." I said then I laughed a little. Uminom naman ako ng konti at sya naman ay umayos na ng upo sa tabi ko. Matagal tagal ko na ring di nakakatrabaho to si Justin. Medyo matagal na rin kase since I handled a heavy Criminal Case.

"What's your problem, Atty?" He asked.

"Just drop the formality you fucker." I said then he laughed.

Justin and I are very close.
