the sun shone brightly on my face waking me up as the sound of birds chirping outside alerted me to the fact that it was morning.

i stretched before looking at my clock to see that it was seven thirty in the morning.

i looked down at the futon on the floor to see momo sleeping still.

i stood up and went to my dresser to pull out a pair of jogging shorts and a t-shirt. stepping into the bathroom i brushed my teeth and washed my face before changing and putting deodorant on.

as i stepped out i saw momo staring at the ceiling with a thoughtful expression.

he gave me a surprised face when he saw me but didn't speak for a moment so i continued getting dressed.

as i pulled a pair of socks out of my dresser momo said "so, i think im going to go home after breakfast."

i rose an eyebrow at him in question.

he smiled sheepishly as he said "i really dont wont to be a third wheel or anything today."

i felt confused as i asked "what?"

he chuckled before asking "wouldn't you rather it just be you and Koyuki today?"

i busied myself with putting my socks on as i thought about it.

to be honest he was right, but he came to spend time with me this weekend.

i honestly couldn't tell her not to come either after telling her what i did last night.

a light pink tint covered my cheeks as the same image that almost kept me up last night popped into my head.

her sleeping face as she lay cuddled into bed wearing her pajamas.

And before you get any ideas in not thinking of her in skimpy pajamas you dirty minded readers, just the thought of getting to see her in a state that no other person aside from family has seen her in makes me feel somewhat giddy with happiness.

(jeez...there goes the fourth wall Ryoma. i gave you a specific script to read! stick to it instead of improvising next time!)

i sighed and shook the annoying voice from my head before looking up at the smirking momo as he said "i saw that blush chibi!"

i gave him an irritated look as i turned from my room and went down stairs to get breakfast.

he just laughed at me as he asked in a sly voice "so what where you imagining chibi?"

i ignored him as we sat at the table with my mom and dad.

we both fixed our own plates as my mom asked "imagining about what?"

momo grinned at her as he said "he was imagining something that made him blush about Koyuki!"

i kicked him under the table and glared at him as my dad stood up and banged his hands on the table in excitement while yelling "I KNEW YOU LIKED HER!"

i kept my irritated look in place as i took a bite and said through my mouthful of waffles "she's just a friend."

mom gave me a displeased look as she said "and with those manners she is going to stay a friend."

i felt myself choke a little in shock as they all three started to laugh at me.

i just grunted as i quickly finished my breakfast.

momo grinned at me before he ate as well.

once we where done he said a cheery goodbye to my parents as i waved at them over my shoulder.

once outside momo smiled slyly as he said "have fun on your date ryoma!"

i rolled my eyes as i blushed a little and said moodily "its not a date!"

he rolled his eyes as he said "oh? then where are you two going?"

i frowned at him slightly as i said "for a run to warm up then i wanted to play tennis with her."

momo blinked at me as he smirked again and said "in your small world that is a date! you are taking her with you to do something you both enjoy because you want to be with each other, am i right?"

i paused and blushed a little more as i said "there's more to it than that."

momo's smirk widened as he said "exactly!"

i frowned at him before shaking my head at him and turning the opposite way he was facing and started to walk to koyuki's house.

momo laughed as he went his own way to wherever he decided to go today.

he's such an idiot.

a small smile made its way to my face as i couldnt help but feel grateful for him being such a great friend.

thanks to him i get to spend the day with koyuki, just her and i alone.

maybe she will even tell me the rest of whats going on, though i already have an idea.

i mean how many reasons are there to call your daughter by her dead identical twins name?
