After breakfast the inmates were sent to their "jobs" aka doing hard labor for 5 cents an hour. Eastwood prison was partnered with many corporations like Wal Mart, Pepsi, Under Armour, Toyota, and Apple, which means that the corporations use cheap labors in prisons to help create their products. That's the main reason why many of these women were doing ridiculous time for minor or first time offenses, it was basically slavery.
I wasn't able to find Iman after she ran out of the lunch room. It hurt me to know that she have tried to kill herself before. I mean, it's hard for me to understand how someone so beautiful can try to take her life, but then again you never know what demons people are going through, I'm the first to know. Since most of the inmate were in their assigned rooms, I decided to go to the break room and get me a cup of coffee since I missed breakfast. In their I saw Jones and Davis on our table drinking a cup of coffee.
