Song: What If by Johnny Orlando and Mackenzie Ziegler

Nathan's POV

"WE'RE GOING ON A DATE!" I scream at the top of my lungs as Adam and I walk back to our room.

Adam rolls his eyes for the millionth time.

I stand frozen in the middle of the lobby as I stare at the sign above the check-in center.

'Day 16 of the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics'

"Hard to believe, we're going home in 5 days," Adam whispers sadly next to me.

"Wait, what?" I question.

"We're gonna be going home in about a week," Adam repeats.

"Oh," I reply sadly.

"But there are worlds after that," Adam says happily. "So we'll all get a chance to see each other again."

"I guess," I whisper somberly.

In a way I never want the Olympics to end.

We experienced failure, sure, but we were always there for each other. At the Olympics, we're not competing against each other, we're competing with each other.

We're a team.

"Tomorrow's the big day," Adam says awkwardly.

"Yup, free skate," I state.

"You decided your routine?" Adam questions.

"I'll make it up tomorrow morning, I mean now there's nothing to lose, I'm in what, 17th place?" I ask.

"Ehh, yeah something like that," Adam says.

"Adam?" I ask quietly.

"Yeah?" Adam asks.

"Do you like someone?" I question.

"Nathan, I'm gay," Adam says calmly. "But if you're asking me for advice, yeah I ship you and Kierra."

"But what do I do?" I ask. "We're not going to see each other for like forever, and she practically lives with Vincent. And we care so much about skating, there's barely any time..." I rant.

"Nathan, it'll all work out, I promise," Adam replies.

"And what if doesn't?" I ask.

"It will," Adam says firmly.

"How do you know?" I question.

"Because I'm your dad and I say so, haha." Adam scoffs. "Anyway, head in the game, tomorrow's your free skate, so move your but into the freaking bed."

"Adam, but seriously," I say.

"Don't worry about it," Adam replies, "now move."

Kierra's POV

"So you and Nathan?" Vincent asks.

"OH MY GOSH EVERYONE NEEDS TO STOP ASKING THAT QUESTION!" I shriek.

"Kierra, what I'm asking is, what about me?" Vincent questions slowly.

I stare at him my eyes wide.

"What?" I ask.

"What if I care about you as more than a friend?" Vincent questions.

My blood instantly stops pumping.

I have to get away.

Ignoring Vincent's protest I sprint away from him, shutting the elevator door behind me and waiting for it to go up.
