Gerald was pacing the room that night. It was well past midnight and he couldn't sleep. 'Di siya mapakali knowing that Sarah was just a wall away. Truth be told, he wanted her. Badly. It has been six long years of waiting and dreaming and wishing. Well, he wasn't a saint the past 6 years but it was just physical release for him. Girls usually fell on his lap and he didn't need to seek them out. Nakakahiya man sabihin but he'd been around the block for some time. Trying to find that perfect face, perfect body to replace the one he truly wished was at his side. With Sarah, it was different. Hers was not just the satisfying his needs. Of course, she was gorgeous and sexy. That's a given. But it was like he wanted to own her ...place his mark on her. Making love would be the ultimate union. On the otherhand, he wasn't sure if Sarah was ready and it was awkward to ask this from her. He decided to go downstairs instead ...baka makapasok pa ako sa kwarto niya ng 'di oras.
Sarah was trying to study in the lanai. She was at the guest room kanina and couldn't concentrate. She kept glancing at the door. A couple of times, she was about to enter Gerald's room. For what? She wanted him. Was it just to prove that it was different for her this time around? That she fully trusts in him? Maybe. But more than that, she wanted to feel him close. As if she's trying to convince herself that everything is real. She wanted to feel his skin on hers. His hand all over her. She kept imagining his lips, his tongue kissing hers over and over again. She told herself," Sarah, kalma ka lang!" She didn't know how to seduce him and was afraid she'd fail. And so, she decided to go down and take a deep breath, grab some fresh air.
Gerald was about to grab something to drink from the kitchen when he saw that the sliding door towards the garden was ajar. He took a peek and saw that Sarah was there. She was standing staring at the stars with her arms crossed. She was deep in thought. Gerald took a deep breath. So much for space! Here goes...
"Sa, di ka pa matutulog?"
Sarah was startled hearing Gerald's voice. She thought he was asleep. "Uy babe! 'Di ako makatulog eh."
Gerald approached Sarah staring at her intently. She felt conscious and bit her lip. She felt guilty at the train of her thoughts. "Ang landi mo Sarah!!!" She thought to herself. But she was nervous, and started to feel her heart pounding.
"Babe?" May paglambing na tawag ni Gerald... "I...I..." It was at that point when Sarah felt that this was the right time. She initiated the kiss and pressed her body towards him. Gerald was taken aback but kissed her back with all the passion and intensity that he had. His hands were at her waist pulling her closer while her arms were wrapped around his neck.
"You're perfect Sarah. Right here. Right now."
Sarah felt most beautiful at that time with this man adoring her. She may not have been what other people wished she was but she felt how Gerald worshipped her. He never gave up on her all these years. And now was their time. What Gerald gave, she gave back. Lips, tongues mashing. His hands were roaming her backside and caressed her bottom. She inched herself closer to him and felt his desire for her. His kisses trailed from her lips to her cheeks to her ears and her neck where he spent time making her feel aroused as he was. Sarah felt warmth pool in her belly. She was unaccustomed to these feelings as it has always been only him and never had she come close to being intimate with anyone except Gerald.
