Author's note: Thank you sa lahat na patuloy na nagtitiyagang magbasa...Malapit ko na po i-conclude itong FF ko. Kaya abangan ang last few chapters. I'm simultaneously writing 3 chapters...haha! ang hirap pala nun?!
At di ko na po iisa-isahin ang mga nag-comment, at nag fan (waaaah! kilig!) at nag vote but I sooooo appreciate everything -- Di sapat ang forever para pasalamatan ko kayo (Insert song..."And if forever's not enough for me to love you" hahaha! Sasa mode!).
Lastly, this chapter is dedicated to all the TRUE BLOODED ASHRALDS and of course, ang ating mga bida, Sasa and Gege (Hahaha! feeling close!)...kapit kayo diyan at kapit bisig din kami dito sa malayo. ASHRALD FTWedding!

Later that night, Gerald was deep in thought when he realized his phone was ringing. Looking at the screen, he saw it was Sarah.
“Yes babe? Kumusta meet up mo? Sorry, di na kita na-text...medyo ano eh..” His voice trailed off as Gerald hasn’t thought of any excuse or lines that he could use to hide the truth from her.
“Guess what?”
“What?”
“Nandito ako sa labas ng gate mo.”
“Ha? Ikaw talaga, di ka nagpasabi. I’m going out , hintay ka diyan...”
Gerald didn’t put off his phone. He opened his front door and there was Sarah by the gate, standing outside her car. She was also holding the phone in her ear and as she saw him, smiled and waved.
“Ang gwapo ng boyfriend ko...”
“And sooobrang ganda at sexy ng girlfriend ko..” Sarah was wearing light blue above the knee shorts and a cardigan over a plain white v-neck mini tee.
Their teasing continued as they approached each other, still holding the phone.
“Ang bolero pa rin ang boyfriend ko!”
“Bolero pala ha!...” Gerald put off his phone and placed it in his pocket. He then quickly strode towards Sarah and grabbed her by the waist. Their lips met tentatively at first and then later led to small nibbles, as they teased each other. When they stopped, Gerald saw Sarah smiling. While he felt that he had to pretend that everything was alright.
“ So love, I trust everything’s fine with you? Kumusta mother mo?”
“ Medyo...nagkausap kami tapos she asked me to allow her to take care of dad. She’s hoping that if he forgives her, magiging okay na din kayo ni daddy. I’m still sceptical but...you know what swayed me? “
Gerald asked, “What?”
“Si Yaya Novie ay ang nanay niya...ni Divine. So, may lola ako babe! She’s my lola...how nice di ba? All along, she was my lola....” Sarah was grinning from ear to ear. They walked arms around each other going inside Gerald’s house and then she explained what she has learned that morning.
“Wow! I’m so happy for you babe. “
“Enough about me, yung meeting mo naman?”
Inisip ni Gerald ang isasagot sa dalaga. Alam niya na Sarah would never ask him to sacrifice his work for her. Mas pipiliin ni Sarah na magtiis kaysa sa kanya o sa pamilya niya. He wasn’t finished weighing his options and didn’t want her to experience his anguish.
“Oh, it’s the usual meeting with the bosses. Plotting ng career. Boring stuff.... don’t worry about it?”
“ You sure?” Sarah felt that something was amiss.
